Management is doing a terrible job, allowing both large and small dogs that are unvaccinated and without city dog licenses. The dogs poop in the nearby beer garden, and the owners refuse to pick it up. If this continues, Animal control, the Health Department, and Waterloo code compliance will be notified. Also, residents and managers smoke within 25 feet of the door, against State law.
