This community is very homey! The Independent and Residential Care apartments are HUGE! The underground garage is great as well.

During retirement from all the home woes, I searched and found Brookdale. It meets all my needs, plenty of activities, no more cooking and great friendly staff! What more could you need?

The underground garage parking is a great feature, no scraping of our car. It is always warm in the winter for our car. My husband and I are very happy here.

Having the automatic door to the underground parking garage is great. Having laundry facilities in our apartment is easy to access. It is so nice, no stairs to go down.

I really like everything they do for me. Ive been in other places and this is the best! The drivers are really good! I like my room and I can see the entire parking lot. There are a lot of choices for activities and you can choose what you want to do.

I am the Executive Director at Brookdale Sioux City and may have a bias opinion, but I love our community, residents, and team! I have enjoyed working at our community the past 3+ years. I would move in myself if there was a fenced in yard for my dogs to run! The atmosphere at our community feels like you are on a cruise. There is so much to do and always someone to visit and laugh with. Our homemade food is the best in Siouxland and my waistline can display this fact! Our team cares for our residents like family. We invite everyone to stop by for a tour so we can show you everything we have to offer. And we welcome you to join us for any meal where you can experience the atmosphere yourself. We look forward to meeting you at Brookdale Senior Living!
