My Aunt needed assistance and we were lucky enough to find Elmwood Premier Estates! The assisted living director was so helpful with getting My Aunt settled into her new surroundings. I felt so lucky to have the staff become my care giving partners. The communication is excellent, they are always available to answer my questions, or to call me if needed. I feel that went above and beyond to keep us in touch with my aunt during the pandemic. The surroundings are always clean and well organized. My aunt enjoys the activities and she too likes the staff. Finding Elmwood Premier Estates has truly a blessing

the care they receive is very good and the staff is pleasant and understands their needs. They were very careful during the pandemic and still did all they could to make it possible to communicate with your family member. The food menu could be a little better. They serve a lot of soup and don't do much prep on the veggies but as a whole not bad. I would recommend Premier Estates if your in need of assisted Living.

Elmwood Premier Estates and Elmwood Care Center in Onawa, Ia. and Trillium Health Consult. has been a God sent, life changing experience for me. With a fantastic Administrator, and a personable, hands-on, caring Assisted Living Director, we are crossing milestones, and conquering mountains. The staff is A+, and because of the team "all inclusive", I have witnessed many success stories. I am very very proud, and blessed to be apart of such a fantastic, eager, and motivated team/facility.

I have been so pleased with the transition to a full time RN/ALF Director. This is great new structure with offering reassurance of having a Registered Nurse on site for those we serve! Activities and communal dining have been a great connection for all the residents and staff to enjoy! The team have been awesome with their creativity in keeping connections despite this last years many requirements for safety and social distancing.

puts activities on the monthly calendar but does NOT do any of it as they are short staffed all the time....the director is at the nursing home more than at the assisted living facility.
