I picked up through agency 4/4/24 on the night shift. In my 10 years of being a CNA working at multiple facilities this is the most welcoming facility. I have ever worked at. Usually facilities treat agency horrible but not this facility. I have never left a review for a facility but the nurse Tina and the two staff CNA's I worked with AMAZING. They welcomed us with open arms!!!!!!! Cudos to them. Nice clean facility you can tell they actually take care of their residents and treat them like family.

I know that this staff and facility are dedicated to giving all their patients ( who they consider their family) the best care available. Everyone has taken all precautions during Covid to making sure everyone is safe and happy

I have worked here for 14 years and it is a very wonderful place to work at. The staff is friendly and the residents are very happy and well cared for. It gives you a wonderful feeling when they are so happy to see you walk through the door and great you with a big smile. I would personally recommend sending your loved one here for their new forever home or just for a short rehab stay. Not only are they your family, but they become ours as well. Love to all.

My mother is living in this facility. She is treated with respect. The staff has always been accommodating and kind to her. She thinks of Maquoketa Care as her "now" home. The staff is kind to me and my family.

I brought my Mom to MCC after being hospitalized when she needed physical rehab. Everyone who works here is so incredibly friendly, caring and gracious. They are so accommodating and the staff will bend over backwards for your loved ones. I would never hesitate to bring a loved one here for care!

My husband was a resident at Maquoketa Care for 16 months suffering from Parkinsons and Dementia. The staff was so kind to him even though he was difficult at times. He had excellent care and I cant' say enough good things about our experience . I give them a 5 star rating.
