I am so thankful to the entire team at The Kensington in Fort Madison. My parents moved into their apartment in January and the entire team was so compassionate and kind during this transition. The residents are friendly and welcoming and the staff makes eveyone feel like family. Renee, Hazel, Cindy, Amanda, Sarah, and the entire team are just lovely people who are passionate about their contributions to their team.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Kensington & all of their staff! They truly do treat our family like their own! And anytime you go there for anything, you are welcomed in so warmly and it truly is a HOME not a facility!!!

they treat mom, and us, with respect and love..like the best family always do. And mom isn't easy to be with sometimes, as she does have some dementia. But the staff still treats her with patience and love. I cant say enough good things about them..oh, and the food is superb! Nothing like you expect from assisted living. Try one of their tenderloins...wow!
