My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now. We are very happy with or apartment. If anything needs fixed, maintenance is there to fix it. The trash area outside is always available otherwise the trash shute is open 9-4 m-f. Not trying to smell any trash left over the weekend. Management is awesome. Farrah and Lisa do a Great job running the complex and they are a kind and caring. Love them! Issues are addressed immediately.

Huge thanks to Manager Farah at Property. My mom sink clogged and they had a plumber out within hours. They kept us informed, coordinated access, and followed up to confirm no further issues. That level of care and speed really stands out. Couldn’t ask for better management

It seems like a lot of these reviews are coursed by the management. From my experience, we moved my Father in about a year ago, and it’s terrible place to live. Besides the constant bed bug issue, the apartment my Father moved into is severely outdated, the indoor, outdoor carpet is so dirty it will never feel clean. Kitchen faucet when turned on leaks all over the counter. (Countertops are old and discolored). Toilet doesn’t flush right, windows are off track, or broken. Carpet in hallways of building is so old looking, and stains everywhere. In the year my Father has lived there, 2 washing machines have been broke, and some residents have said they have been broke for 5 years with no effort to fix them. So if your loved one has trouble getting around, they will have to go back back-and-forth to the washing machine area cause there’s only one working on each floor to see if it’s open if it’s not open, they have to go back to their apartment and keep doing that until they find one open or they have to go upstairs or what not. This is not good and it seems like this company or corporation does not want to put any money back into the community. The grounds are crappy looking the visiting spots. There’s not enough. There’s a bunch of empty spots in the parking lot, but nobody’s visitors aren’t allowed to park there or they’ll be towed immediately. And as far as the manager goes too many people on here are saying how great she is. I have not seen that. I have seen a snobby attitude snooty I tried to bring my dog there my good dog because older people like dogs I don’t get to see too much and I was told that I was not allowed to bring my dog there that visitor dogs were not allowed. No offer to show me a handbook where it says so so I’m about ready to call corporate and some major concerns that I have with the building the maintenance and the manager. This is a long review, which I don’t usually review but after seeing all the good reviews, I think they’re lying because I have witnessed nothing but Bad. So if you have a loved one needing a place really do your research on this one because there is no way that there’s five stars from all these people. Thanks for reading.

The people here are great, and the neighbors are friendly. But what really makes this place special is the manager !! She has really been here for my mother and me, when my mother needed me to help she and her office staff made sure I was able to check on her, and offered assistance if we needed it. I really like the manager also, because I've witnessed her go out of her way to check on residents, and conversate with them just to see how their day is going. Plus she smiles a lot too .... Thank u Mrs, Farah, and your office staff, and maintenance people.... A home is special, and you make this place special !!! Ps. This review from: apt 317....

Pretty cool place when it come down to management she is a decent lady and seem to stay on top of things (Good manager) keep up the good work..I wish this was a resident for all ages cause I would move here ..However,it's good to have a place for my mom to call home.Most of the people here are nice and the outside always have fresh lawn care and clean buildings..‘

My mom live here and the residents are rude and act like kids some are racist and difficult to deal with..I do wish the trash was open on weekends as well... However the manager is pretty cool and she's understanding to everyone there and that makes it a lil better.She bring most of them together to an understanding and she do her job like a manager should manage a building..Most managers I've seen and delt with in the past are never in office or don't answer phones..Farra is pretty awesome lady... finally a good manager for this place

Five Stars for the Manager Farrah and her Assistant Abby, They have been helpful, understanding and supportive. Go by the rules and you won't have any issues. As far a the bed bug issue. I can only speak for myself, Never had any problems. But I didn't get things from places or people I didn't know. As far as the other Residents, I've rarely found a place where the others care about those around them and look out for each other. But here they do. The Maintenance Man Gary is Fast and friendly to respond to any and all issues. I wanted to post this review because I have and do complain when things aren't good at places. I Also think it's important to leave a review when things are good. Hats off to Southridge Senior Living. And a Big Thank You.

In the five years that my mother has been a resident at the Southridge Senior Residences. The manager Farah, has been one of the most polite, friendly, and prompt managers at assuring that maintenance requests, and any other concerns are quickly resolved.

My sister has lived here for seven years. There have been quite a few property manager changes. However, Farah is current one and does seem to care about the residents' welfare. Very happy there is now visitor parking spots. There is an issue with bedbugs. However, part of the issue is that residents continue to share clothes, pictures, and knickknacks with other residents. Thereby, spreading from one apartment to another. The property manager has consistently worked with residents to contain and treat the problem. The majority of the residents are kind and friendly. My sister enjoys the social aspect of living there.

Hi my brother moved in a year ago and whenever I've had a problem, Farah the manager takes care of it within hours .the apartment is just right for my brother He loves it there I would recommend Southridge Senior Residence for seniors.

I was reading some of the reviews and I must say I don't believe any of them to be true. I have lived here for 3 years now and we have never had a infestation of bed bugs ever. Farrah is a awesome manager she will treat you with the utmost respect as well as being stern and holding you accountable when needed. And yes the trash rooms are closed at 4 not at 3 like everyone was saying and they are not open on the weekends and I understand that. I am sure maintenance does not want to clean up a mess in the trash rooms when the office opens back up

Members of family are not allowed to park in parking lot. The lot is empty most of the time with the exception of a few. They should have a place for short term parking. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO A DOG.

Debbie Crawford - I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience, but it was not at our property. We have a total of 197 units. 196 of those units are 1 bedroom apartments therefore, we only have 1 - 2 bedroom apartment that rarely comes available. I have worked at this property for 8 years and we have never had a Melissa that has worked here in that time. Hopefully you'll find a wonderful property to call home. Charlotte Wood - I'm sorry you're unhappy with the parking policy, but the same qualifications apply to all tenants. If you have the 3 things required under the policy, we'd be more than happy to give you a parking tag in order to park in our lot.
