I love living at Plymouth Place. I moved here almost 8 years ago. I have great friends and good neighbors. The management is very helpful. When I need them they are always good to help. This is a good and safe neighborhood. Managers are always doing events like bingo, speakers, musicians, etc. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm very happy here.

I have lived here for 6 months and I am very happy. This place is so unique. It's very well kept and the staff couldn't be any better. Lauren, Sergio and Al are caring, patient and extremely friendly. They work very hard to keep the residents happy. I highly recommend Plymouth Place

I have been here nearly 3 years. It is so quiet, you never hear your neighbors. Every thing is very convenient-shopping carts to take to your car to bring in groceries and someone available in case you forget your key! Cats and small dogs are included and they all get along. Al, the maintenance man, is always helpful and all the staff is easy to work with. Love my apartment, balcony and view!

I came to Plymouth Place 5 years ago when I decided to sell my home .I did not know what to expect when I came here . What I found is an apartment that I love and a community that I am proud to be a part of .The staff here go out of their way to make this a fun place to live . I feel very blessed to have found not just an apartment but a home at Plymouth Place .

I've lived here 2+ years and thoroughly enjoy it. My apartment is a wonderful size, with plentiful storage. I can see fireworks from 3 directions from my balcony. Walking in the neighborhood is beautiful, easy and safe. I've made several new friends & enjoy group activities. Staff is onsite, accessible, friendly and involved with residents. They really know how to work with the senior population!! I can't recommend it enough!!

I have visited friends at Plymouth Place numerous times over the last two years. The place is absolutely immaculate and the tenants are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact I’m thinking I may relocate to Des Moines just to apply there. I absolutely love it! I call it my condo in Des Moines!

I've been driving by this building for as long as I can remember since it was built 25 years before I was born. A beautiful, round structure that is certainly a Des Moines landmark, check it out! I might live here someday if I'm still in Iowa.
