Went to visit with a resident. The facilities are always well maintained and I have never heard anything negative about any mistreatment of those that live there. All appearances indicated that its a good place to be.

Really like the layout of the facility! Also like its location. Have a few concerns. I understand it has changed management hands frequently, the rooms are smaller then sunnybrook, and the residents werent impressed with the food. We were greeted very warmly. Our guide was awesome answering all our questions but she didnt appear to be as engaged with all the clients as was the marketing rep at sunnybrook who accualtely teared up at the mention of a lost client the day before.

Swan Place is clean and well cared for with 2 lovely courtyards for enjoyment outdoors. There are a choice of activities to do. However, the food leaves much to be desired but may be improving. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Seem to be a lot of turnover staff these post few months. Hopefully this will all make things better. Food is good some days, and not so good other days. I like living here and the staff that stayed are great. Would like a few more activities more variety. And I love the van rides and picnics.
