My mother is in assisted living at Bickford of Burlington. It's a great place and is one of the better ones in the area. It's nice, the employees are nice, the food is good, and they take care of my mom. It's a safe place and I'm very satisfied with it. They have three different sized rooms and my mom has the middle size room. It's plenty big enough and adequate. They have activities.

My mother lived at Bickford for 4 yrs. Everyone at Bickford is amazing. They helped to care for mom and meet her needs and wants. Even though Mom has passed, I still feel like Bickford and everyone there is my extended family. Thank you for all that you do!

We are pleased with the care that the staff offers at the Bickford of Burlington. They do a good job communicating with me about my dad's care needs. They offer a variety of options for meals and dad is enjoying them. They offer activities for the residents to enjoy. They had a Western Day where dad got dressed up. I would like to see more games like cribbage to help encourage more socialization of the residents. My dad is bored at times because he does not enjoy playing bingo and they play bingo often.

My mother-in-law is a resident at Bickford. The facilities are beautiful! They have specials meals the families can come and share on special occasions. They offer many activities for the residents to be involved in if they desire to do so. They even take residents out for picnics and other activities to get them outside. My mother-in-law even planted some radish seeds in a small garden plot and is enjoying eating fresh radishes. The staff really get involved and even dress up in costumes! Entertainment is brought in on a regular basis. My mother-in-law had her picture taken with Elvis! I highly recommend Bickford! Your loved one will be well cared for and be able to enjoy their golden years in comfort and safety .

We visited Bickford Cottage and I thought the apartments were very nice, but on the small size. I thought they would be great for one person, but we were looking for a place for both of my parents together and we thought it would be too crowded for two people. They had crafts activities, bingo, and that sort of things. We saw some of the ladies, I thought they were playing bingo when we were there. We didn't eat a meal there, but we did see the dining room and the menu. Their dining room was very nice and it looked very comfortable.
