Bickford is very family oriented, beautiful, and full of warm positive vibes. They took the greatest care of my grandmother when she lived there. We knew she was in good hands at all times. The caregivers and all staff members alike really love the residents and treat them like family. They go above and beyond to make their residents comfortable in their transition to assisted living. The meals are homemade, delicious, and ever-changing so it's never the same old things. The residents are always busy doing fun activities daily. Outings, trivia, art, historical presentations, and even live musicians come to play. Every staff member has a smile on their face and will help you with absolutely anything. They form real bonds and connections with their residents. It's not just a job to the staff and that truly makes all the difference. I would 100% recommend Bickford to anyone in search of an assisted living facility for their family member. You really have the peace of mind you need when your family member is living at Bickford Senior Living of Burlington.

The staff here is great and they really seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always clean. The activities are well planned and fun! There is always this one nurse on staff that helps with everyone and their staff. She has a great attitude. This kind of work can't just be done by anybody; it takes a special kind of person, and Haley is the perfect example of this! Keep up the good work!!

Bickford of Burlington is an amazing place all around. They have homemade made from scratch comfort food to keep everybody looking forward to the next meal. The activities are so much fun and also based off of everyday life. You can find them crafting or going on a bus trip. The games are always fun because you can see the little kid competition in the residents eyes!

What a lively, lovely place for my Grandma to live and be taken care of. Staff is friendly, the place is clean and my grandma is happy there. It's so fun to see all the activities the residents can participate in throughout the year there.

Bickford folks took good care of my dad during his stay. They were friendly and went above and beyond to meet his needs and wants. The only frustrating part for us was the billing part, otherwise I would use this facility again in the future.

My mother lived at Bickford for 4 yrs. Everyone at Bickford is amazing. They helped to care for mom and meet her needs and wants. Even though Mom has passed, I still feel like Bickford and everyone there is my extended family. Thank you for all that you do!

We are pleased with the care that the staff offers at the Bickford of Burlington. They do a good job communicating with me about my dad's care needs. They offer a variety of options for meals and dad is enjoying them. They offer activities for the residents to enjoy. They had a Western Day where dad got dressed up. I would like to see more games like cribbage to help encourage more socialization of the residents. My dad is bored at times because he does not enjoy playing bingo and they play bingo often.

My mother-in-law is a resident at Bickford. The facilities are beautiful! They have specials meals the families can come and share on special occasions. They offer many activities for the residents to be involved in if they desire to do so. They even take residents out for picnics and other activities to get them outside. My mother-in-law even planted some radish seeds in a small garden plot and is enjoying eating fresh radishes. The staff really get involved and even dress up in costumes! Entertainment is brought in on a regular basis. My mother-in-law had her picture taken with Elvis! I highly recommend Bickford! Your loved one will be well cared for and be able to enjoy their golden years in comfort and safety .
