Manager Cassandra Calhoun unprofessional, monday 6/29/2026 5:00 pm. Senior Citizen Verbal Abuse toward me, Mary Swinney.She slandered my name, reputation and fase accuzation in front of residents. I also paid$125.00 to a locksmith to change my security door key after 4 wks in my apt. with the same door key as many other residents because she could not change it. A young man in the bldg. showed her how to change the other residents door key. This was the second time she has disrespected me , shouting and telling me that I am trying to tell her how do do her job! I am 79 yrs old donot need my blood pressure elevated by her to162/92 as per my doctor the next day.

This place is unprofessional as hell. There’s absolutely no reason my 80-year-old grandma should ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe because of management’s behavior. Yelling and cussing at her just shows how low-class and disrespectful y’all really are. Some of y’all clearly don’t know how to talk to people, and it shows. Learn some basic respect before addressing anyone, especially somebody’s family , this will be posted on all social media platforms do not rent here like at all!

Buckhead Flats a very beautiful community in Atlanta. The Property Manager Cassandra Calhoun is the Best Ever she is so knowledgeable of tenants and the needs to have a comfortable living environment. My visit to Buckhead Flats was very impressive!!

This is the most relaxing and serene place to be. It's in an awesome location large common area spaces just a big beautiful building. The young lady offered an awesome special that I'm considering taking advantage of. If you're on Lenox stop by it's easy to find

Upon leaving a Thai restaurant close by, we decided to take a stroll that led us to this beautiful apartment close by. The location is perfect for all ages. If I didn't already own a house, this location world be perfect, especially if you love to try different restaurants and enjoy shopping I will spread the word. Ms Cassandra is very pleasant and I can see her residents loves her.

I am absolutely pleased with the management and my fellow nieghbors they are so respectful and kind, if you are looking for privacy away from the hussle and bussle of BUCKHEAD come join me and many others who are simply enjoying our stay here. One thing my mom taught me you cannot please Death Ears, I read one of the comments and they are standing totally alone in how they feel. I do not support the negativity that has been stated in one of the reviews we are happy here. COME SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!
