9-9-2024. I been here for almost 1 year now. It's a wonderful place for senior citizens to live comfortably and safe here. They have lots of programs for the senior here. The staff and employees are wonderful and helpful to all who are here, all kinds of services too. The food is really good. The Palm Beach outlet mall is 1.2 miles away and two Publix supermarket about 3 miles. This area has 3 hospitals and fire department all within 3 miles from here. Colonial assisted living has everything for Love ones to live comfortably. Sincerely Marty Thomson

I am an entertainer and I can't tell you what a joy and a thrill it is every time I visit Colonial Assistant Living! The staff is always so up beat with smiles on their face and warm greetings. The residents are always well kept and often speak about how wonderful the facility is. I'm looking forward to my visits and time with the staff and residents each and every month. I've heard the food is delicious too!

Stopped by Colonial in Palm Beach to visit a friend's relative and was very impressed with this facility. All of the staff seemed to really care about the residents and that makes all the difference in Assisted Living We talked to a woman name Carole who is the Activities Director and WOW, we could see why my friends relative was happy and smiling Carole's energy was great, she truly has a passion for working with seniors and they were all enjoying her bright smile and caring nature Both my parents are 85 years old and if they ever need assisted living I'm sending them to Colonial in Palm Beach. And I hope Carole will still be there with her smile and good vibrations

Colonial had an outing to Crazy Buffet. My husband Frank loves to eat out so we signed up to go. So glad we did because we had a blast. Not only was the food delicious, but getting to know the other residents was fun as well. Thanks to the Activity Director, Carole for setting it up. We're so looking forward to our next outing. My brother, my sisters and I were looking for three weeks for an assisted living facility in the Weat Palm Beach area for my mom who at 90 years old could no longer live independently. After many visits without finding something that satisfied us, we found Colonial ALF where we were attended by the staff in charge of showing the building and giving all the information that we needed. We liked the place because of its facilities, cleanliness and the care with which they serve the residents. We were also impressed by the kindness and care that Ricki, who we knew after she was the owner and founder, resolved some questions we had. In short, we are very happy and confident to have taken our mother to Colonial ALF in West Palm Beach. We recommend this place.

I am thankful for Carole the activities Director for allowing me to perform and entertain the residence. She told me what was needed in order to keep the residents attention and to make them happy, it was so easy to do because that was exactly what I have in my repertoire.when I first met Carole a year ago at a different facility it was love at first sight. Her knowledge with dementia resident and her fun loving personality is to die for, I can only say she is simply the best . The care staff are amazing too I must add… I love to perform for the residents because of the atmosphere everyone creates. I always feel at home. I can't wait to perform for them again to receive that warm, loving hospitality. Richard Fenton!!!!!

This is the first place that I actually feel comfortable with having my loved one there. I do not worry if I have to miss a day or two going there because of my appointments. I know she is absolutely being well taken care of. I cannot speak highly enough of the care that they give her. You have to have a good heart and have a lot of patience which they do. I am truly blessed to have found Colonial. Everyone in the Memory Care And Ricki have been a tremendous blessing to me and my loved one . Truly Blessed

I stopped by the Colonial Assisted Living Facility to bring items to the activities department and found everyone to be so friendly and welcoming. We decided to donate to this location because the activities director is AMAZING! She truly loves the residents and definitely doing what she's passionate about. If you are considering a place for your loved one, you won't be disappointed. It's wonderful to see the residents involved and enjoying themselves. This is why I rated them with five stars

We are Total Fire Control, the fire Extinguisher Company who provides the maintenance on their fire and safety equipment. This is a very great well maintained place , very kind staff , and Harry the maintenance coordinator was a great guy , very friendly place to bring your love ones who need extra extended care and help , this is a Place to bring them , they all seem happy and having a great time . I enjoy coming here every year ! Way to go on your excellent care service you provide for these people !

Facilities are very clean and nice. This facilities serves hot and healthy food to each patient. There's a lot of different activity for patient to choose from. All the staff are well trained and they are loving and kind. This is a very great property, and I am very comfortable allowing my family to stay here.

I had the pleasure of volunteering at Colonial Assisted Living today as part of a program organized by my high school. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care and services offered. The food looked and tasted delicious. The staff went above and beyond to meet everyone's dietary needs. I was also impressed by the level of entertainment and engagement provided for the residents. I highly recommend Colonial Assisted Living to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their loved ones. If only Colonial Assisted Living had a 10 star rating. A friend recommended I visit this place while we were in Florida because we were thinking about place for my parents. At first, we were not blown away by the place itself: it's not a massive, or impressive, building. Turns out it was a former hotel converted to a facility. The staff, however, was something else: even though they were busy and had their hands full, they took great care in welcoming us and showing us around. The activities person Natasha was quite lovely. She not only talked about the various entertainment and activities, but also about the occasional trips residents are taken on. Throughout the visit, we ran into various residents and they all seemed genuinely content and happy. Natasha seems to have a real rapport with the residents, she "knew" them and talked to them as a neighbor or a friend would. It felt more like a group of long time neighbors and family sitting on the stoop in front of their brownstone instead of a facility.

I have a long good relationship with North Congress colonial assist living for over a year working as a contractor for there mantinence team. This facility is by far the BEST facility, they provide the best care. I can not recommend a place more highly. Amazing place wonderful people, especially Harry in mantinence department it has been a pleasure for me to meet him. They are fantastic! The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

She told me all about her facility and how the staff is so warm and welcome in this place is an exceptional place. Hi there my mother has been at formerly Savannah court now colonial my mother has been there for approx 2 years. I just wanted to when my husband and I had no where to go at the last minute on thanksgiving 2021. mr brown and Maria the nursing director opened their doors to me and my husband to share thanksgiving there with my mom and had a delicious thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings. While pulling in we met a gentleman and his mom who lives there like my mom. They didn't realize they needed reservation seating just for thanksgiving. So as we walked in with my mom we were pleasantly surprised that the table was all decorated in pumpkins etc. Aldo we just happened to have an extra table in the media room where we were sitting for dinner. Then we payed it forward by letting letting that gentleman amd hos mother sit with us to eat. It was a great dinnet and great thanksgiving. Also I want to say Geraldine at the front desk was very accommodating. Thank u to everyone.

As a industry professional, I trust Savannah Court and Cottage. They work to meet and exceed their residents needs and expectations. The apartments are nice and the seniors are happy and seem to feel very independent, with the support of the team. I refer to them and will continue doing so.
