Moved my 93 year old mother to Colonial about 6 weeks ago. Very impressed with the care and service, including beauty shop and manicures. Staff is wonderful. She is getting great care and I don't have to worry about her. Her apartment is adorable and cozy. Facility and grounds are beautiful. Owner is terrific and accessible. Highly recommend Colonial.

I don't live here, and I don't have a relative here. However, I am a full-time musician who plays at hundreds of senior residences a year. Colonial is by far one of the best. I can tell by looking at the residents. They are all actively engaged in musical performances. Some even get up and dance and most everyone has a big smile on their face! To me this means that they're well taken care of and happy.

A very warm and welcoming environment. This is a fairly large building that is well maintained. It is super close to the outlet mall. Public transportation is conveniently located out front, and their activities program has regularly scheduled shopping excursions. Its a great place to relax, and enjoy the golden years.

Stopped by Colonial in Palm Beach to visit a friend’s relative and was very impressed with this facility. All of the staff seemed to really care about the residents and that makes all the difference in Assisted Living We talked to a woman name Carole who is the Activities Director and WOW, we could see why my friends relative was happy and smiling Carole’s energy was great, she truly has a passion for working with seniors and they were all enjoying her bright smile and caring nature Both my parents are 85 years old and if they ever need assisted living I’m sending them to Colonial in Palm Beach. And I hope Carole will still be there with her smile and good vibrations

9-9-2024. I been here for almost 1 year now. It's a wonderful place for senior citizens to live comfortably and safe here. They have lots of programs for the senior here. The staff and employees are wonderful and helpful to all who are here, all kinds of services too. The food is really good. The Palm Beach outlet mall is 1.2 miles away and two Publix supermarket about 3 miles. This area has 3 hospitals and fire department all within 3 miles from here. Colonial had an outing to Crazy Buffet. My husband Frank loves to eat out so we signed up to go. So glad we did because we had a blast. Not only was the food delicious, but getting to know the other residents was fun as well. Thanks to the Activity Director, Carole for setting it up. We’re so looking forward to our next outing. This is the first place that I actually feel comfortable with having my loved one there. I do not worry if I have to miss a day or two going there because of my appointments. I know she is absolutely being well taken care of. I cannot speak highly enough of the care that they give her. You have to have a good heart and have a lot of patience which they do. I am truly blessed to have found Colonial. Everyone in the Memory Care And Ricki have been a tremendous blessing to me and my loved one . Truly Blessed ™

I am thankful for Carole the activities Director for allowing me to perform and entertain the residence. She told me what was needed in order to keep the residents attention and to make them happy, it was so easy to do because that was exactly what I have in my repertoire.when I first met Carole a year ago at a different facility it was love at first sight. Her knowledge with dementia resident and her fun loving personality is to die for, I can only say she is simply the best . The care staff are amazing too I must add.. I love to perform for the residents because of the atmosphere everyone creates. I always feel at home. I can’t wait to perform for them again to receive that warm, loving hospitality. My brother, my sisters and I were looking for three weeks for an assisted living facility in the Weat Palm Beach area for my mom who at 90 years old could no longer live independently. After many visits without finding something that satisfied us, we found Colonial ALF where we were attended by the staff in charge of showing the building and giving all the information that we needed. We liked the place because of its facilities, cleanliness and the care with which they serve the residents. We were also impressed by the kindness and care that Ricki, who we knew after she was the owner and founder, resolved some questions we had. In short, we are very happy and confident to have taken our mother to Colonial ALF in West Palm Beach. We recommend this place.

I stopped by the Colonial Assisted Living Facility to bring items to the activities department and found everyone to be so friendly and welcoming. We decided to donate to this location because the activities director is AMAZING! She truly loves the residents and definitely doing what she’s passionate about. If you are considering a place for your loved one, you won’t be disappointed. It’s wonderful to see the residents involved and enjoying themselves. This is why I rated them with five stars

Moved my dad here this year due to a horrible experience with an ALF in Boca that rhymes with Canyon and we both could not be happier. He is incontinent. The other facility made him stay in his room all day and not let him leave because they didn’t bother ever helping him change his diaper. COLONIAL facility checks on him twice a day like clockwork. Helps him change and he’s on his merry way enjoying the day and the beautiful property they have. It is clean does not smell like pee, and every single staff has been wonderful and so kind to him. Even Maintenance is quick to help. And rest assured, my father has been in and out of the hospital so he has also been in the skilled nursing side. I was scared to go there, but when I went to visit him, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so clean and he looked so good and well taken care of. Most important to him the food is actually good he says. And he’s a picky eater. I’m so glad I found COLONIAL.

We are Total Fire Control, the fire Extinguisher Company who provides the maintenance on their fire and safety equipment. This is a very great well maintained place , very kind staff , and Harry the maintenance coordinator was a great guy , very friendly place to bring your love ones who need extra extended care and help , this is a Place to bring them , they all seem happy and having a great time . A friend recommended I visit this place while we were in Florida because we were thinking about place for my parents. At first, we were not blown away by the place itself: it's not a massive, or impressive, building. Turns out it was a former hotel converted to a facility. The staff, however, was something else: even though they were busy and had their hands full, they took great care in welcoming us and showing us around. The activities person Natasha was quite lovely. She not only talked about the various entertainment and activities, but also about the occasional trips residents are taken on. Throughout the visit, we ran into various residents and they all seemed genuinely content and happy. Natasha seems to have a real rapport with the residents, she "knew" them and talked to them as a neighbor or a friend would. It felt more like a group of long time neighbors and family sitting on the stoop in front of their brownstone instead of a facility.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
