Brookdale WPB meets all my needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are friendly. There are so many activities to pick and choose from. Apartment is a nice size, with washer and dryer, and a beautiful screened in balcony.

I have known many residents who have lived at this community for several years and are very happy. The food is as good as any restaurant (if not better), and there is always something going on for the people who live there. The staff have been there for DECADES in many cases, and really seem to love what they do and genuinely care about the seniors who live there. If I had a loved one in need of independent or assisted living, Id send them there without hesitation.

The previous review thats named pamela share (no capitols) is a fraud. The person who is uneducated disrespectful disgraceful immature and hateful. They were trying to get me in trouble but thank GD I have a great boss who believes in me. my job is sacred and would never jeopardize it.I am a gerontological nurse for 20 years because I love the elderly. Brookdale Senior Living is a wonderful way to live. Its safe clean friendly. Its full of activities. Theres a pool. Theres a clubhouse and the clubhouse has a beautiful dining room a card room an art room a place to congregate and an activity room. The residents are happy fed well and taken care of. The campus is big and roomy. Has a lake and walking path. Dogs are welcome. Aside from that Brookdale has it together for its employees. Its said do what you love and you will never work a day in your life. Its true!!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Brookdale, especially the staff in building 8. They made a wonderful birthday celebration for my mom last week. They came in with smiles and song for her and brought the cake in that I had delivered to the front desk, decorated her door and contacted me for face time. These caring people and my hands and eyes during virus control and i will never be able to thank them enough. They are family.

My mom spent 13 years living at Brookdale. She lived a happy, busy, fulfilled life there. She had so many wonderful friends. She formed relationships with many people who worked there.My mom passed away over a year ago at age 92. It has taken me this long to write this, but it was overdue.Thank you to all who helped the last years of her life so great

There are 3 things that brought me, 5 years ago, to this Brookdale; the apartments, the food, and more importantly the Staff. Recently I had a fall and they went above and beyond to make sure I got x-rayed and transportation. Special Kudos to Will for his follow up.

My grandmother has been in Independent Living at Brookdale for over two years and we have always been so happy with all aspects of living. However, during Hurricane Irma, the entire staff of Brookdale went over and above in every aspect of caring for the residents. I am eternally grateful for the care she received during the hurricane, as well as the continuous updates by Management on social media (as I am in NJ) At no point was I concerned for her well being. Thank you for all you do.

During Hurricane Irma the staff at Brookdale West Palm Beach were stellar! I live in Connecticut so I felt pretty helpless in ensuring my Dad's safety. Through the daily posts and knowledgable staff, the preparation and care of the residents during the hurricane was very reassuring. We were in contact with my 98+ year old Dad by cell phone and he felt good, safe and comfortable (not to mention well fed!). What a blessing for all of us for the professional, business minded and humane staff at Brookdale!

Living out of state (Iowa), and having visited and stayed with my Mother on several occasions, I have been impressed with the level of commitment by the team. During fare weather and foul, the team is engaging and attentive. Knowing Mom is being cared for, happy, social,entertained and well fed is a wonderful feeling.

Why do i love Brookdale West Palm??????. Because I LOVE my parents. We searched for an ILF that was within a few miles of all siblings. We wanted a place that felt like home and more like family. This is Brookdale WPB. when we can't t be their 24/7 to care for our parents we know that they are surrounded by those who care. I think all of our family consider Brookdale WPB our extended family. Thank you Brookdale for ALL of the love you extend to all residents. You call them by name and show you care. We are so happy with our choice.
