Totally excellent in every way! The presentations by Robi Leach, director of sales and the residents panel provided complete information on the scope of everything offered by JT. The warmth and welcoming spirit of the residents I meant was notable . The property is beautiful and each time I have enjoyed lunch and dinner menu choices are plentiful and the food is consistently delicious. The staff is pleasant and professional. I am happy to be moving into JT. I am pleased to say that ongoing interaction with Robi to select the unit that fit all my parameters of space and budget was terrific. I did extensive research to choose where i wanted to live in this harvest season of my life and I chose Jacaranda Trace!

Wonderful community! If you want to improve the quality of your life, this is the place to do it. We just attended a Super Food Event hosted by our nutritionist Angela. We tasted lots of them including an Aa power bowl and learned about the benefits of antioxidants on our health.

My mom is in Memory Care here and I can say with all honesty that I am extremely pleased with the facility, the staff, the management and every other facet of business. I have visited several memory care facilities in different parts of the country, several here in Florida and Cadbury is far more than expected. My mom enjoys a great deal of freedom but it is also an very secure place. The respect and individual care she gets on a daily basis is top notch. The staff is the best and the management always available for discussion. I feel everyone is sincere in how much they care and that they all truly love their jobs. I can not say enough good things and would very highly recommend Jacaranda Trace to anyone interested.

My wife and I moved in to Jacaranda Trace about 5 months ago. The staff helped smooth our move as much as possible, beginning by recommending several moving companies to consider. They’ve been very helpful and friendly”we were amazed at how quickly they knew our names. Our apartment was completely remodeled”new paint and flooring; new AC and appliances, and even helping us feel settled in by hanging pictures for us. Two residents welcomed us and introduced us to Jacaranda Trace from a resident perspective, and we’ve received orientations to activities and facilities from health and wellness to technology, from rides for appointments and shopping to on- and off-campus lectures and entertainment. There’s a concerted plan to enrich our lives physically, mentally, socially and spirituallyunder a relatively new administration (since Summer 2022) plans for the future look even brighter. Meals have been beyond our expectations. Each day begins with a complimentary continental breakfast, but suppers in a beautiful, light and airy dining room have been consistently good”varied menus with lots of choices for healthy and tasty food. Last night, for example, we had, respectively, cedar-planked salmon and Prince Edward Island mussels, with soup/salad, sides and dessert. Before choosing Jacaranda Trace we investigated at least a half dozen other retirement communities. We’re happy we chose to settle here.

Very beautiful. Have friends living here. Visit them not too often because the neighbors complain all the time. No privacy! Although people are very friendly always with a smile. Very clean! Has parking garage. Surprisingly No pool for the residents! Great views! Hurricane safe!

I had three beautiful years at Jacaranda, my husband and I had activities and made new friends everyday. Every holiday was recognized by JT. A doctor on site, with regular hours, beautiful dining room and to see people dress for dinner was a treat in itself. Menus were professionally done and the grill room was and afternoon delight for company, husband and myself. If you are running for appointments they were there to take you with 24 hour notice. Remodeling was going on when we moved closer for better hospital care and easier for me to get to shopping. My husband could no longer do activities and his health was failing fast. They have assisted care, and even nurses from their home health, memory care is available but sometimes disease moves so fast you and coordinators for properties”we could not keep up with the level and needs. If I go back to a retirement center. Jacaranda is certainly my choice of homes. The staff becomes family and do not be Leary of house keeping. They are there to make you happy. From sales and marketing to move in or move out-they are there for you. You make friends and they become true life long friends. Enjoy you visit to Jacaranda. A great place to live.
