Update: I am very grateful that for the last three years of his life, my dad lived at Stone Ledge Manor. It gave me, and my family, great peace of mind that the staff at Stone Ledge treated my dad like family. I did not have to worry about his care, even when he went from assisted living to memory care. The staff communicated this need to our family and transitioned dad more seamlessly than I could have imagined. I was able to connect with my father through weekly phone calls even when he was in memory care. When I would visit my dad, I was treated just like family as well. The executive director, Sheri Kio, takes a personal interest in all residents and makes sure they receive the best possible care. She came in on the weekend to ensure that my father's move to a phenomenal hospice house went smoothly. I will be forever grateful for the love and support he received. My dad moved to Stone Ledge during the pandemic. We had weekly phone calls during that time and he seemed to love it. After being vaccinated and flying to Florida to finally visit in person, I can see why. The staff is phenomenal and the facility is clean and inviting. My brother and I were treated like family when we visited. We enjoyed eating meals with our dad, spending time in the courtyard, and interacting with residents and staff. Thank you to everyone at Stone Ledge for taking such great care of my dad. I am indebted to all of you.

Update: My father spent 3 years at Stone Ledge, during the worst part of the COVID pandemic. The staff there, notably the Executive Director Shari Kio, were incredibly attentive to the residents, including my father, who transitioned to memory care while there. The staff were also very responsive to the resident's loved ones, including me. Shari seems to know all of the key people at nearby hospitals and hospices, which really came in handy as we together tried to manage my Dad's hospital visits and ultimately his transition to an excellent hospice. I recommend Stone Ledge to anyone desiring top notch, loving care for the elderly. Posted a year ago: My father loves Stone Ledge, and when my brother and I visited from out of town, Faith, Shari, Jessica, and the rest of the staff were just fantastic. I would recommend Stone Ledge to anyone wanting a super friendly, well-run, excellent ALF.

Shari helped my husband and his brother as they moved their Dad from the hospital to Stone Ledge to hospice. She took time from her vacation to help us when he was in the hospital earlier in the year. She cared for everyone exactly like family! She is AMAZING! Thank you for your devotion to caring for the entire family, Harlan in particular.

Our relative lived in the Assisted Living community before needing to live in Memory Care. Both communities were clean and fresh at all times. He was given wonderful, compassionate care. He required a lot of attention and they provided that. Peter and Olaf made him feel like an empowered man! Sherri and Jessica were always accessible and we felt special just like our relative.This is a wonderful home way from home!

A month ago This place head a good receptionist but hired under False pretentions Taken from a job Paying more than $14 a hr With benefits and all But dealing with the virus Wrapping up in 3 or 4 Garment Was little overwhelming Talking to this lady she promised her the world She would not have no benefits She would not have no benefits She allowed her to come to work The pay with just a little different but she promised that she would make the difference up in a months to come Because she knew the value of my wife potential in qualifications Answered saying should be paid $15 to $16 It didnt learn for things to change It didnt long for things to change it was like Jekyll and Hyde Come to find out There have been more than 6 or 7 receptionist in multiple employees Then 10 are 11 Who is abruptly left this place because of the behaviour of their supervisor the boss Bipolar hit her head on the wall Disrespectful Curse all the time this respect the employee Are you back-and-forth with the employees like juvenile children cursing back-and-forth is unbelievable Threaten to fire Childish behaviour The mental behaviour is very bizarre The Bipolar Episodes with the senior citizens is unheard of she talked to them like dogs she threatens them her her abusive language unbelievable there are senior citizens that are packing up and leaving her coping skills its none she wear the same clothes daily she stinks and smells shes known personally personally because you have drinking problem Is one thing to do what you do on the outside but when you bring to the inside its another thing My wife and miss A-day of work very helpful to this woman When over 35 years of experience 30 years is an RN &18yrs Of clerical Accounting Receptionist An associate director 9 months into a job Her car was involved into accident and totalled put husband in the hospital Her boss miss Sherry uncompassionate did not care her after every single day because my wife was off them two of the days threatening to fire her and thats what he did my wife drive an hour and two minutes to get to work everyday and she was trying to find a reliable ride. Ive never seen anyone like this lady in my life a monster Boss And the only reason this please get a star is because of the senior citizens in it She needs to be removed herself She is a nightmare an accident waiting to happen. It is with great pleasure to speak of our familys experience at Stoneledge Manor. We have great comfort knowing that Mom is being competently and compassionately cared for at her forever home.There has been a constant throughout our time here. She has guided, directed and led the way for a successful transition to this new journey for our family. She has exhibited poise and grace, and always had kind and appropriate words, and caring, pointed advice. Her passion for her community is abundant and recognizable. I hope Jessica McCleod knows that she has become our rock.Despite these difficult times since Mom has been a part of the Stoneledge family, we have seen challenges. Hurricane Irma and now COVID-19. Jessica and Sherry have guided the ship and kept our families safe. They never seem too busy to care or lend an ear or a hug. Other constants with direct contact with our family have been so enormous in helping Mom and making her life pleasant. Thank you Margaret, Ola and Peter.

Looks like home and feels like family... this is so true about Stone Ledge, When you feel you have nowhere to turn (including your own family) and yet you know you need to find a secure, clean and healthy environment for your elder loved one, you can count on the phenomenal team at Angel Care! They take the time to actually listen to your concerns and ensure all concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional attentive manner. I am at peace because I know uncle Dave is safe and at peace in her beautiful new home at Stone Ledge.

Having been in and out of a number of SNF and Assisted Living communities within the surrounding 3 counties I can honestly say that Stone Ledge Manor left a very positive impression. The facility is very clean, the food is prepared daily with fresh ingredients and the staff was friendly and professional. I cannot speak to other reviews but I am happy to have found our loved one a place to live out the remainder of their years. The memory care unit is one of the best I have seen at this price point. I strongly urge any family to setup a tour and visit this off the beaten path property - we are very glad we did!

Ive been trying to find a place for my aunt and thankfully, I found Stone Ledge Manor. The staff is so friendly and always with a smile. The Executive Director has such a positive and caring personality. It feels great to know my aunt is in a nice environment.

We love SLM. Mom has told me she like it and feels comfortable. I love the staff. Her room is cleaned. Bathroom cleaned. Beds made. Floors vacuumed. Good food. Good activities. They get taken outside.

Jessica has treated me awesomely. Trying to find a place for my mom has been a challenge but Jessica took the time to talk to me about my needs and show me around, twice. Answered all of my questions. She made me feel at ease during this tough time. The facility is fabulous. Nice rooms, plenty of activities, big courtyard, and everyone I met let me know they cared about their residents. The facility is small enough to give personal attention to all of their residents. Im so happy with my decision.
