Wonderful facility. My step father is on hospice. The care is wonderful. Kind , compassionate and competent. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The physical surroundings are clean and comforting. I have only heard good things about this facility.

We live in Michigan and our mother lives in Florida and unfortunately needed to be placed in a senior living program. Brookdale Senior Living has a fantastic staff and follow through. A fantastic receptionist and sales representative in both Angela and Josh. Being over 1200 miles away. It's very hard to put your trust in someone you have not met face-to-face… Thank you, Josh and Angela for making this transition a whole lot less stressful for my husband Jeff and I. Truly appreciate your care and follow through making sure that our mother is taking care of. Truly thank you Vicki .

Anne and her staff made us feel like family. They welcomed Dad with genuine care. We were very uneasy about giving up care for Dad at first. We visited often, we watched how the staff interacted with the residents and we started to feel better. When we sent emails with questions or stopped by their offices we were always met with prompt responses or an avenue to explore. We checked out more than a few places and although there are newer facilities we didn't find a warmer one. We made the right decision with Brookdale Tarpon. The people make it what it is and they have an incredible team.

The atmosphere created by Chef Moss elevated the dining experience, making it more than just a meal but a cherished memory for my grand papa and me. My mother stated that she would never go to an assisted living facility and would either stay in her home or live with family. After her needs became too much for family, she went into Brookdale ALF in Tarpon Springs. She loves it which is a pure miracle. Anne, Josh, Humberto, Sharon, Teneshia have been very helpful in making my mom feel like she belongs. I was told it usually takes a month for residents to feel comfortable. My mom is going on her third week and told me the other day " I feel well suited for this place." Thank you God for Brookdale in Tarpon Springs and the caring, compassionate, and loving staff members. There is no place like Tarpon Springs Brookdale. Thank you Josh, Anne, Humberto, Sharon and Teneisha for your help with this transition for Clare.

I found and called Brookdale mainly becuase of all these great google reviews and I am so glad I did! My dad moved in a couple of months ago. They take such good care of him! Everyone is so kind and helpful. It feels like one big loving family here. The meals are great and he is now gaining weight. The PT program he is on there has made a world of difference. He is so much stronger now. Thank you Brookdale. I know my dad is safe now!

I heard great things about Brookdale Tarpon Springs and decided to check it out. When I called in I received a wonderful greeting from the community Sales Manager Josh. He had a big Midwest spirit and invited me to join the communities weekly happy hour. Upon my arrival I was instantly welcomed from the front desk receptionist and Josh himself.. He had a nice welcome sign and made me feel great. The community was beautiful very cozy and had a nice coastal decor. The staff were all super nice and I could feel how happy the residents were. I really enjoyed meeting the Chef and I was given a homemade apple pie. I was blown away. They also have in house OT PT and Speech through Select outpatient care which is very important to me. My favorite thing about the community was the size. All one level with no stairs or elevators. If you are looking for a safe clean and happy community call Josh at Brookdale Tarpon Springs.

My Mother Zelda has been at Brookdale Tarpon Springs for a little over 2 months now. It took about 2 weeks for her to adjust to moving to an assisted living facility after living with us for 2 years. She is now thriving due to a wonderful staff of medical assistants and a great staff of directors. Brookdale has become a family to my Mother, wife and I. I cannot say enough nice things about the directors who are not only true professionals but are caring folks when it comes to dealing with geriatrics and their families. I want to thank Dana, the director, Josh, the sales manager, Ann Marie, the Nurse in charge of all medical issues, Tenisha, the financial manager, Umberto, the OT, Moss the chef, Janet, the PT, the folks working the front desks, and all the medical assistants and nurses who work the floors. Brookdale is an extremely clean environment and very helpful in finding ways to assist with finances for your loved ones. Should anyone ever need a testimonial about Brookdale and their programs, please do not hesitate to email us and we'll be happy to share our recommendations concerning what kind of care you can expect for your loved ones. My dad lives at Brookdale Tarpon Springs and he loves it! (He does not love many things so this is saying something.) He loves that there are no elevators, he has friends and he said his favorite thing is the activities--they have fun gatherings and lots of Bingo for prizes. He also really likes the food.What I like is that it is super clean and efficient. Everyone is above and beyond professional. They are smart, organized and get things done. At the same time, they are very kind and gentle with my father, who is a vulnerable, elderly adult. I have complete confidence in their care and judgment. He is always clean and smiling away.The Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and SLP are ahh-mazing Since entering the facility he has gotten stronger, can transition better and has learned a lot of tips and tricks to be more independent.I have seen my father smiling serenely while he is getting care. He is so relaxed and happy. He gets a shave and hot towel treatment every week at the onsite barber. His Physician's Assistant visits twice a week (most places only get a once a week visit). His PA has actually managed to stabilize him. His cardiologist said she was really impressed at the care the PA had administered. My dad has a complex health situation--advanced Parkinson's disease, kidney disease, funky blood pressure, and the PA has him stabilized. I didn't even know that was possible. Mike drop! So five stars to Brookdale Tarpon Springs. If I could give it more stars, I would.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brookdale Tarpon assisted living community where my father resides. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of care and attention given to each resident. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every resident's needs are met.But what really sets this community apart is the incredible chef Moss ! The food served here is simply amazing. Every meal is beautifully prepared, with fresh ingredients and a wonderful blend of flavors. The chef takes great care to ensure that each resident's dietary needs and preferences are met, which is greatly appreciated by everyone.The combination of exceptional quality of care and fantastic food has made my father's stay here truly enjoyable. He looks forward to each meal, and he is constantly raving about the chef's cooking. It is clear that the staff and the chef truly care about the well-being of each resident, and they work hard to make this community a warm and welcoming environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this assisted living community to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones can receive exceptional care and enjoy delicious food. First and foremost, I am impressed by the quality of care provided to my grandmother the moment I walked in, I could see that the staff truly cares about the residents and their well-being. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the grounds are beautiful.But what really stands out to me is the food. My grandmother is lucky to have a great chef like chef Moss on staff who prepares delicious and nutritious meals for the residents. Every meal I had during my visit was expertly cooked and full of flavor. From hearty breakfasts to elegant dinners, the food was always top-notch. One thing I appreciated about the meals was the variety. There were always multiple options available, so residents could choose the dish that appealed to them the most. And the chef Moss was more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences, ensuring that everyone was able to enjoy the meals.But it's not just the food itself that makes this retirement community stand out - it's also the atmosphere in the dining hall. The staff creates a warm and inviting environment, and residents are encouraged to socialize and enjoy each other's company during meals. The complex offers a clean, stylish, cozy and home-like setting and the entire staff is very friendly, responsive to all requests and dedicated to the care of their residents. Great environment, friendly staff, prompt service. My only complaint is that they have raised the rents a good 10% per year over the past few years. My loved one's income has not kept up with even 10% of these rate increases and that does NOT include any special care services (which also increased in price over the last few years).
