Addington place has gone through a lot of changes since new management came in and not all of it good. The shining light through out this process is the head Nurse Rebecca. Kind, professional and extremely caring. she is a rare find and deserves a lot of kudos for her fine and caring work with the residents there. She gets 5 stars!! She is supported by Stacy who is caring and efficient. They have helped us with our Mother, especially as she has declined in the past several months.

Just found out today that my favorite nurse is no longer with Addington. So a big shout out for Rebecca Shaw who was so wonderfull with my grandmother. She is "extra" lol. She took care of her like she was part of the family and was always informative, kind, Supportive and just so pleasant to visit with when we visited. Sad she is no longer there and my grandmother will never forget her. Thank you for all of that you have done just in case you read this. You will be missed

I came into the building and was greeted by Chef Ramon he was very kind and full of joy and I over heard residents speaking highly about how the food is getting better I definitely recommend this place for an elderly person it also looked well kept up with and very clean in the building

Addington Place is a beautiful, clean, lively assisted living facility. Ashley Pfaff is wonderful! She makes you feel like family from your first meeting. Everyone there is patient, compassionate and kind. The staff and other residents leave you feeling confident in your loved ones safety and quality of life. We’re extremely grateful for finding Addington Place!

From the first day we touredwe were treated as family no question to small to be answered and never felt hurried we had amble time to look around and talk to residents. Move in day WOW. Had fellow residents welcoming us and making sure we were aware of all activities and the schedule of the day. All staff Mike, both Ashley’s, Haiti Stacy were on top of everything. So many good things happened in such a short period of time. I give them a five star rating and would recommend this facility.

My 92 year old aunt moved into Addington Place about five months ago, and the experience has exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment she arrived, the entire staff has shown a level of care, patience and attentiveness that has given our entire family tremendous peace of mind. The facility itself is clean, bright and beautifully maintained. She is very happy with the food, along with the variety of choices. She loves that there are plenty of activities to keep her busy, most of all the exercise classes. The staff is always attentive and responsive and could not be more caring. We feel that she is very happy and safe there and could not be any more satisfied with the choice that we made in picking Addington Place.

This was the Assisted Living Facility my mother spent the last years of her life at. I placed her there based on a recommendation from a rehab hospital and a tour of the facility during which the residents told me what a great place it was. The facility staff is amazing. The food is so good I ate meals with my mother there daily. Plenty of activities for the residents there too. This facility does not disappoint.

We moved my 96 year old Dad into Addington Place last month. We could not have hoped for a better experience! The entire staff are professional, attentive, and compassionate. Ashley, who worked with us to coordinate picking out the apartment and providing assistance for move in. The nurses Ginger and Haydee, are kind, compassionate and truly care about their residents!!! And the aides were very welcoming and attentive to my Dad. Choosing an ALF is a a complex decision for families. Addington Place has gone above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone! Joan

We moved my mother to Addington Place of East Lake a week ago. Nadja Mobley was instrumental and making this move absolutely flawless. She made sure my mother had everything that she absolutely needed. She also scheduled everyone from the administrative team to come in and meet my mother on the very first day. We felt so incredibly welcome. My mother absolutely loves living here! She had been at a different facility in the Trinity area and was extremely unhappy. This is such a refreshing new start. Highly recommend Addington Place and particularly Nadja, a truly wonderful ambassador!

Addington Place of East Lake Assisted Living is truly a gem in senior care. The friendly and dedicated employees go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, that helped my mom feel at home from day one. Their attention to detail is impeccable, from the excellent front desk staff, to the pristine maintenance of the facilities. The array of excellent activities keeps my mom engaged and joyful. Moreover, the competent nursing care provided is second to none, offering peace of mind to my mother and my family. The Marketing director and the care staff coordinator both work with heartfelt dedication. Addington Place has been exceptional.

Since the first day you arrive you are greeted by staff and residence who only want to make it comfortable and happy to be there. The apartments are beautiful well maintained and spacious. There is housekeeping weekly laundry and any assistance that you may need to hang pictures arranged furniture or put something together for you.

My father moved there in November of last year. It is already home to him. It's a beautiful facility. Great location, very clean, with good food. All of the staff is great!!!! Very friendly, genuinely caring and thorough. They encourage interaction so he has a good number of friends now. They also encourage the activities and outings as well. There are too many to name but here are a few... Amy, Nadja, Theresa, Geina, Renee, Kenny, Susan, Debra, Lisa, Cindy, Rina and the care team staff, kitchen & dining room staff, and the maintenance staff are all wonderful.

Moms apt was totally redone from flooring to paint and light fixtures. They even replaced the shower head to accommodate her visual impairment. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. They make u feel like u a part of a big family. I Almost forgot to mention that the Food is fantastic and the monthly friends and family night is so much fun. I feel at ease knowing mom is safe in her beautiful apt with any help she needs being just a button away.

We moved our mom to Addington Place after a nightmarish experience at another community. The move-in process could not have gone more smoothly. The entire staff made Mom feel so welcome and supported from the moment we arrived. Everyone who works there is warm and friendly, they seem truly happy to be there and it really does feel like a family. We attended the monthly friends and family party and all the residents we spoke to said they're happy living at Addington Place. Mom's apartment is the 1-bedroom Concerto floor plan. It is nicely decorated, gets plenty of natural light, and is spacious enough for her to move around safely using her upright walker. Mom feels supported, safe, cared for, and at home. We wish we'd chosen Addington Place originally.

My mom recently had a stroke and needed assisted living help. We looked at many beautiful facilities in our area. Addington of East Lake was the best for us. The size and staff are wonderful. Each room is perfectly sized to needs. I asked my mom if she had any favorite workers at Addington. She said All of them. The medical staff, food service, reception, all care staff work really, really hard and do a great job. Addington provided my mom with her bit of independent living she wanted and the assistance she medically needs. I love all the people that work there. They also do a great job at trying to remember all residents names. It’s not too big of a facility either. I’d give more than 5 stars if able. Love them!

Addington Place is like a hotel. It's beautiful and the staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to help every resident. My friend is in rehab now and they are helping me by feeding his cat and giving her attention during the week so I only have to go on the weekends to feed her so I can spend time with her '"dad" at rehab during the week. I can't say enough about how special this place is. Your family member would be well taken care of here.

Our family loves Addington Place! We moved our 96 year old mother into a one bedroom apartment there over a year ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When Mom needs assistance, all she has to do is press a button on the pendant she wears around her neck. We highly recommend Addington Place!

Addington is a wonderful facility. I could not imagine a better place for my mother. She takes part in many of the actives they offer and the staff has been very engaging. Staff offer up their cell # s and we can get InTouch at a moments notice. If your considering a facility please feel comfortable with Addington.

I swear living here has added years on to my grandmas life which I’m so so grateful for. After years of taking care of everyone else, she’s in a place that caters to her and offers unlimited fun and social events. She paints, does crafts, plays balloon volleyball, goes to tea parties, and the occasional happy hour. I can honestly say this is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. I’ve asked her if everything has still been good since allegro changed to addington and she said everything is still great!

There has been a lot of turnover in the past 2 years. This has been very difficult on some residents Staff seems spread to thin. Meals declined in quality over the past year or two but may be getting better recently.Hope things improve significantly soon or will have to move elsewhere, at great expense and effort.

Walked into Allegro earlier this week and immediately felt welcomed. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about how everything works. The building is beautiful and very well managed. By just walking in you know they care.

My mother has lived here for 3 years. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has a screen porch with a pretty view. The food is excellent and there multiple entree choices. There are several levels of assistance available. They have lots of activities and they provide outings to local retail.
