Our loved one was at Memory Lane Cottage for only a few months before passing. We wanted to find a caring, peaceful and engaged environment where he could live his days happily, understood and completely cared for. We found it! He loved it there, and he particularly loved the staff. The home is beautiful, clean and always dressed for every occasion. The administrator has a thorough grasp and thorough understanding of every single resident. This is a home, a true warm and loving home.

I am impressed with the facility activity director, she has always taken the time to put all her creativity in each and every activity. The facilities staff along with the caretakers have always taken the time to put their 100% into the love and care of the residents. The facilities cleanliness is amazing also. I am very impressed and if I have to ever be unfortunate enough to be placed in a facility I have already advised my children, that this is the facility I want to be placed in. Thank you to each and every employee and staff of this amazing facility. MAY YOU BE BLESSED FOR YOUR CARING AND LOVING ATTITUDE.

Memory Lane Cottage has a wonderful, happy and caring environment. The residents are treated like family. Kelly is a compassionate administrator and overlooks a wonderful and caring staff. I highly recommend Memory Lane Cottage for your loved ones with dementia.

My sister is a resident patient at memory care. Her daughter mover her here from another memory care facility. Tthe difference is like night and day. Despite the advancement of the disease she is doing wonderfully well. She was totally shut down when she came to memory care. Eyes open, beautiful smile again with a few words and she feeds herself and cleans her Plat every meal and they have all kinds of help whoever she needs it.

Absolutely LOVE Memory Lane Cottage! I am a nurse and I have worked several places but no where compares to Memory Lane. It is cozy and it feels like home. Kelly the ED has a huge heart and loves each and every resident like her own. I've worked with her in the past and she has always been kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about Memory Lane as an employee!

Memory Lane Cottage is the best memory care facility in Tampa. Every single staff member is kind, welcoming, helpful, and caring. The staff keeps the facility very clean. The residents are always doing the most fun and unique activities with Becky. The nurse Carmen is best! We are so thankful for the staff and memory lane 🙂

As a Social Worker, I've been to several Assisted Living Facilities to visit hospice patients and it's not often I find one I would feel comfortable placing my own family member. The staff had several activities for the residents and I was impressed that all the residents seemed to participate, as much as they were able. The facility was clean and felt very much like a home. I was impressed also by the compassion, even by the volunteers.

I have visited many ALFs, and was very impressed with the cleanliness of this community. The residents seemed very content, and there was a lot of support from family members. The Director of Nursing is really sweet. They are not having nursing shortage like everyone else, because the staff there really DO love their jobs.

Wonderful, small memory care! Memory lane cottage has a real home-like atmosphere for their residents. Clean facility. Very caring and compassionate administrator who understands how to care for dementia patients. Staff is great and I would recommend anyone to work there as well as put a loved one in their care!

Working at The Cottage was a wonderful experience. I had the best bosses, The CEOs, COO, he was the best and a great mentor and the Administrator, she made everyone felt loved regardless of who you were. The staff was the best, they were all caring and compassionate. Yes, as with every where else, there is going to be one or two bad apples that will try to spoil the rest. But they make up the team of what not do and helps to steer the facility in the right direction. The building was thought out and built specifically for memory care. Every space both in door and out door was beautifully designed to meet the needs of the residents. I will definitely recommend The Cottage to anyone that is looking for a home for there love ones. Thank you Memory Lane Cottage for a beautiful experience.

Outstanding community. Intimate, personalized care for individuals living with memory impairment. Dedicated staff members are well trained in the care and activities programming for the needs of the residents. After nearly 30 years working in this specialized area of care, I know this community surpasses many others in it's ability to offer something unique and contemporary.

The way memory care structure is intended, smaller is better. You will not find a better staff to resident ratio anywhere in this county . The facility is warm and inviting throughout building. The smell is clean it's upkeep speaks for itself. I was taken back observing families and staff interacting in activity programs on weekends with residents, It truly warmed my heart . This is a constant, a thriving loving community.
