My mother who was in Memory Care with Tapestry during the last few months of her life, could not have been in better care. The staff, in particular, the Director Andrea Prather, kindly look after my mom, ensuring all her needs were met.

My wife went into the memory care unit 2 months ago. She has received excellent care from a friendly staff who are tuned in to their individual needs. Andrea Prather who manages the unit is specializing in these types of patients and is very responsive to needs of patients and relatives. The areas are clean with no problems with odors that I ran into visiting other facilities. I highly recommend this facility.

The current staff at Tapestry are wonderful. Linda, the director is professional, friendly and helpful, Loretter who oversees the nurses, is caring, responsive and friendly, Andrea is the Memory Care director and is a heart on two feet. She is kind, caring, patient, friendly, helpful, a wonderful person. My experience with the techs is that they are caring and doing the best they can in a challenging situation. The nurses, Nikki, Mary, and another whose name I cant remember, (sorry!) are everything you can hope for in this kind of facility. They are all friendly, caring and helpful. Ian and Anders are so helpful and I am so, so grateful for the care everyone at Tapestry gives to both my Aunt and my Mom. Erica does a great job keeping activities going! Everyone is doing such a good job, I have been very happy with the current staff!!

My mom has been at Tapestry for a couple of years in their Assisted Living area and has LOVED it. The admin and maintenance staff are professional and supportive. Recently we moved mom to the memory care area and we cannot stress how wonderful Andrea Prather has been to help not only mom but us in dealing with her dementia. Andrea has been our bridge to understanding the disease and mom. We absolute LOVE Andrea and Tapestry.

Great visit to see my Auntie Bernice. She was resting peacefully and the staff was updating me on her status. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind. I thank GOD for them.

My sister Annie Faye Shepard is in 403. I went and spent 2 partial days with her and one all day. When they were giving her food they didn't she didn't want to eat and they didn't try to entice her to eat rather they were going to take it away but we would not let them we managed to get her to eat about half of it which is better than nothing. Our feelings are rather than move the food the ladies encourage them to eat. I know they have a lot of people to take care of but it only takes seconds. All the ladies that works with them seem to be very loving and that was the only thing that I see to complain about thank you God bless each and everyone.

The staff takes very good care of Martha Eaton. Problem is she has a problem with chewing and swallowing. She drools and she realizes it is a problem because she uses napkins to catch the drool. Can someone see if there is any way to help?

Clean and welcoming. Games, activities and crafts for residents are offered in the main gathering area. Happy hour and bingo are available most afternoons. Response to resident needs is OK, but sometimes residents have to wait 15-30 for assistance after using their call pendants.

Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I’d never checked in with the kiosk before and the desk clerk was very helpful. In memory care I needed a pair of scissors to clip off plastic zip ties off of gifts I’d given my mother and the help there was much appreciated.

My mother has been in their care for a couple of years. She is not the most outgoing person. The staff is very patient and i know she is thankful. That eases my worries. My thanks go out to the staff and administration.

Had a great visit with my Aunt. But you need to put blinds up in her room . She has been in room 321 for quite a while now. They have brown paper bags taped on the window. It's not that hard to get window blinds. Need to put maintenance on it. Other than that it was ok .

Great place. My mom was the first resident. When she moved there she had been at another assisted living facility and I was worried about the move. She thrived after the Move. Very caring staff. Andrea answers all of my concerns and it is great to have someone there that I can get an update as to how she is doing.

Very pleased with Tapestry Lake Shore. My mother was in Tapestry at Walden before and we were not at all happy with it. Tapestrey Lakeshore is a totally different experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facility is pleasant and clean. They care for my mother as if she were their family. They are always warm and welcoming when we visit. The dining room is very nice and my mother enjoys eating there. They also have lots of fun activities going on. I give a 5 star rating to Tapestry at Lake Shore.

My mother has lived here for four years. It is not an overstatement to say that they changed my life and hers for the better. They are patient with her when she is cranky, grieve with her when she is sad, and celebrate with her when she is happy. Everyone knows her by name, and greets her with a smile. The administration has always been supportive and kind. I cannot express how thankful that I am for Tapestry.
