My cat was kidnapped last week by the neighbor's caregiver, and she tried to break my arm. The Park doesn't give a damn, even when the woman ins unstable and violent, with a felony. It has the police ID of the assault, and absolutely nothing is being done about it. Along with the rash of thefts, where the culprit is a resident, I don't feel safe in a community that I called my home six years. It has an F rating at BBB.

I like the park, and it is a gated community. The location is great - 3.5 miles from the St. Pete Pier. Also, I do not have to cut the grass. The pool and hot tub facilities are wonderful, and the people are nice. We have BBQ/Karaoke get-together's about once a month. My only complaint is that the clubhouse has been in the process of being remodeled for the last three years. Nobody has worked on finishing the clubhouse in the year that I have lived here. There are a lot of senior people that could really use the clubhouse as some do not have cars and really could use the clubhouse/community center as an exercise/social outlet. If the clubhouse was finished, I would give 5 stars.

I've lived in Pelican palms Village mobile home park for 2 years now. It's a great park, very strong community with lots of get togethers. The manager is a great guy, super friendly. Love the pool! Highly recommend this park

I bought my home here almost a year ago and I have seen nothing but improvements being made by Bill, Nancy and their team! They have a very hard job trying to keep everyone happy , but I have to say, I have no complaints at all about this property!! If you want a place that is centrally located to everything, beautiful pool area, grounds are kept up oh and did I tell you they are putting up a beautiful white fence around property for added security & privacy. Santa Bill, thank you and your team for all your hard work.

This is an addition to my original review seen below. My friends still living in the park have stated the new ownership and management are a great improvement over the previous owners (family owned and managed). Nice park now. Park is going downhill quickly. Management is integrity impaired and rules are made up on the spot and enforced randomly causing lots of good residents to abandon their homes to get away from the uncertainty. Run the other way!
