I wanted to take the time to tell you how thrilled I am with Mom's transition into Goldton in the first month! She seems to be settled in, complimentary of the staff, food, enjoying activities and making friends! The fountain and repainted gazebo are beautiful, we enjoyed it Saturday when I visited. Thank you to ALL of the Goldton staff!

My mom lives here and it has been an amazing experience. Tequila in Memory Care has been absolutely amazing and ensures my mom is cared for and happy my mom calls her my best friend. She has truly been an angel. Christina in admissions has stood by her word and delivered on everything she promised, you couldnt ask for a more caring person. Dustin, the Administrator, went above and beyond to fight for my mom recently with a local hospital and got her back, he even stayed up till 3am on the phone working with the hospital doctor, then he was back at work the next morning helping me. I dont just consider this my moms home, the staff are my family. Please, if youre looking for somewhere for your family member, come see Bloom. They are relaxed, down to earth, always accessible, and truly love each person like family.

This is one of the best communities around. I moved my mother in and have been nothing but impressed since. From Christina making me feel comfortable to Doreen giving me her personal number to reach out to with any questions. Dustin has truly been a leader throughout everything and let us know exactly what to expect and has been accessible anytime we needed him, day or night. Despite the Covid impact and lack of things they are able to do, my mom has been well taken care of, made some new friends, and is happy. If youre considering moving a loved one, make sure you check out Bloom, my experience has been amazing. This is a top notch team that operates a beautiful community.

The management and staff at Bloom of St. Pete. are wonderful. They are very caring and have gone out of their way to make my dads stay at Bloom a positive experience! It was a hard transition for him, but everyone is so helpful, and make him feel at home. The food is delicious; have enjoyed many good meals there with my dad. The facility is very clean, and the grounds are well-kept. I highly recommend Bloom; they really do care about their family.

This is one of the best communities and companies I have had the privilege to work for. The owners are involved, honest, and truly live by doing the right thing by our residents. We employ a great team of directors and staff that have our residents and families best interest at heart. Bloom is the best kept secret in St. Pete. The staff is caring and work hard to accommodate the residents individual needs. With its current administration, Bloom has evolved into a comfortable, fun place to be. Their professionalism is outstanding. There have been many improvements made. We have several friends, who have family there, along with former neighbors, so we are frequent visitors there. Its clean and the dining room is bright and light.(the food is great!) The residents are happy and friendly.

This community is truly one of the best in Pinellas County. They are very caring and compassionate for not only their residents but their staff. When they say it starts from the top that could not be a more accurate statement for this community. Their administrator Dustin is truly passionate about the care the residents receive and taking care of his staff. He has taken on so many roles during this unusual time that we are in, while still smiling and being a positive influence for those he serves. If youre seeing this dont forget those who are serving your loved ones and the love ones of our Pinellas County Community. Kindness goes a long way.

First of all our Dad never got to stay at this facility thats because he recently passed away. But it was our hope that our Dad could have stayed there his last few years of his life, but he didnt. The staff of Christina and Justin are amazing. Christina actually has her grandmother at Bloom in St. Pete. No nursing home is ever going to be perfect - but this one is perfect in love and kindness. They worked very hard to keep it affordable for our Dads needs. They went over and above to make sure his room was set up with all his needs. Then when they heard our Dad passed away - I tried to get Dads belongings back and just couldnt do it so Christina just loaded everything up and brought it to me. Not to mention she was concerned that we couldnt cook either and was willing to bring food. OK folks lets be honest - this company cares and their people are so caring and compassionate - isnt that what you want for your parents. Im just so sorry Dads last days were in a rehab and hospital during Covid - we did get to say goodbye to him but we had to demand it. He went so quick - be your best advocate for your parents and bring them here.

My mother has recently moved into Bloom and she has been taken care of like she were their own family member. They are in communication with me (next of kin) and go above and beyond other facilities. I have a close friend whose brother is a resident and he has been well taken care of there as well. Both of our family members require special care and these folks provide special care! Thank you Bloom and owners, all the Healthcare staff, Christina, and Dustin for all you do!

I toured this community recently for my mother. It was beautiful from the moment I arrived. I met with Justin and he did an excellent job showing me around and informing me about the Bloom philosophy and answering all my questions. All of the residents seemed so happy and a couple of them even came up to introduce themselves. The administrator also came out to introduce himself and welcome me to their facility. When my mom is ready to move into a community, it will be this one.

I have lived at Bloom for almost 7 months now and cannot say enough good things about it. Everyone has been so nice to me and allows me to live independently but are always there if I need something. I have seen so many positive changes since Ive been here and cant imagine living anywhere else.
