My mom has lived at Vitality for 2 years and she loves it. She enjoys the activities, employees and has many friends. She is overall a happier person since moving there. I highly recommend you or your loved ones living here.

My sister and I toured Vitality for our Dad. I found the community welcoming, clean , with many amenities to live full days. The apartments were a great size to call home. It didn't work out for us , but I believe it would have been a nice place to live. Frankie was a real pleasure to work with and answered all our questions.

It's not an easy decision to place a loved one in a memory care facility, there are so many questions and concerns, but the amazing staff at Vitality have helped make the transition a smooth one. Frankie(Diez) has been with me every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to help make my dads move into Vitality an easy one. It this day and age you don't find many people like him who truly care about others.

Tl;dr - Once I visited Vitality for my mom, I didn't need to look anywhere else. 13 acres of amazingness, amazing staff, and just a wonderful community feel that DOESN'T feel like a 'facility'. I do not live at, or have a parent at this facility yet. I have toured it because my mother lives with us and is dealing with some medical things. I had visited a number of places prior to going to Vitality. After meeting Frankie (who runs the community) and some of their residents, I didn't bother to visit anywhere else. First and foremost, this didn't feel like a "senior's home" or a "old folks home" which is generally what I think of with places that are for our elderly loved ones to move. This really had a full on community feel. There is 13 acres of landscape, apartments, pool and hot tub, putting green, walking paths, and more. I was specifically looking for an independent living area for my mom, not somewhere she's have to check in and check out of if she wanted to leave, and not somewhere where she could live in a bed until she was gone. Vitality has a TON of events every single week (pretty much daily) residents don't have to give up their cars (as long as they have sign-off from their doctors when they move in), but there are many outings set up for them if they don't want to drive. The crafting sessions they do are actually cool as heck, they have family day where the grands can come visit and partake of the events (like a traveling petting zoo!!!) and the apartments are really nice! Plus, they have two medical groups that visit the community a few times a week so she could have a doctor that she just has to hop on an elevator to go see. The residents also get emergency buttons in case something happens while they are in their homes. There is so much more, but it seemed so very nice, almost like a cruise ship without the water (except there is a pool lol). I only want the best for my mom, and I am so thrilled that I found it! If you are looking for a place, I can not recommend Vitality high enough <3

On Thanksgiving Day, I'm thankful for the Vitality team taking time from their families to prepare and serve a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for the Vitality residents and their families.

We couldn't be happier with our Vitality Living experience, from on boarding with Frankie, to the entire office staff, great communication with the Office Manager, Kim, the delicious food, the amenities and activities provided. If you're looking for a place for your mom or dad, definitely check this place out. We had looked at several options before deciding on Vitality for mom, but none came close when doing a side by side comparison.

Frankie at Vitality Living was a total godsend for me and my parents during our search for an assisted living community. The grounds are amazing. It’s an easy hop off of the Suncoast parkway conveniently located near anything one might need but set back away from all the hubbub on a gorgeous 20 acre property.. The residents there are full of life and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend!

Good but orientation could be better. I ran into a new resident recently who was nearly in tears because she had no introduction to common games such as Pokeno Pleas tail or activities to client preferences.. I also suggest more sophisticated opportunities to get to know residents and their backgrounds. Please also consider brining back Ambassador's - residents who know the "ropes "med-tec.,( t Tammy /bad teeth needs yo be fired is always gossiping how much she hates her job within earshot of residents.

Love the place and all the staff, very clean, bright, people are friendly and caring and give the residents great quality of life the only diwn side is if you can afford it it is very expensive, so if you can afford it do it it's wonderful

It took a lot to get my Dad to agree to go into the assisted living. Right up front he was invited for a luncheon and a tour. He met some fellow military guys, upon returning home he started packing his bags. Once at Vitality he loved all the staff and loved the food there too. There was a welcoming committee upon his arrival. Vitality Staff was awesome!!, Kimberly the Executive Director, was always attentive to any concerns or needs, Tracey was very helpful and was a point of contact when Dad first arrived. Between her and Kimberly things went very smoothly when he first arrived. It was a blessing because I live in another state. They also were able to recommend a mover for me. It was a flawless move in experience. Once there it was apparent that the entire staff cared about my Dad and my Dad loved it.Dad use to call everyday and report the great meals he had in the dining area. Dad loved going out on trips with the transportation people and he loved the entertainment they had at the facility from time to time. When my Dad began to decline, my calls and interactions with the staff became frequent. Kimberly, Chelsea the night nurse and Robert the head nurse at Vitality were wonderful and I could tell they truly cared about my Dad and I knew he was in good hands. I can't forget Alice at the front desk whom Dad would talk to everyday. Probably talked her ear off, she too was very helpful whenever I would call in. Mario in transportation and Phoebe who came before Mario, were instrumental in getting my Dad to and from appointments and were very kind when I had to give them last minute changes.I would highly recommend this place to anyone's family member needing to transition to an assisted living facility.Again, my experience was a wonderful one, even when Dad got sick, they made things much easier to handle. Thank you Vitality Staff for making my Dad's days happy and pleasant. Also thank you all for your kindness and patience whenever I had to navigate a difficult situation. Photo was the day my Dad has his tour and luncheon prior to moving in. Look at the smile on his face.

I was suddenly responsible for my grandmothers care in January 2021. She is 83 and suffers from dementia. Lori went above and beyond in helping my get my grandmother placed here. I absolutely could not have done it without her. I knew nothing about ALFs and locked memory care. She walked me through everything step by step. The staff at Pine Lodge is AMAZING-so patient and so kind! The communication between them and myself is excellent. I know my grandmother is receiving the very best care that I cannot provide. So thankful! My grandmother often invites me to lunch because the food is so good – and free! She says she hasnt paid a dollar for it! (Dementia kicking in.. she thinks she is at a restaurant!) I have the utmost respect for Ms. Beverly and the girls at Pine Lodge! Jennifer at the main lodge is so kind! Since my grandmother has been here, I have not worried about her once. Peace of mind is so settling. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate ALL of you and your hard work!We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers. 1 Thessalonians 1:2

Atria Evergreen Woods Assisted Living Facility in Spring Hill, FL has been a wonderful home for my Mom. The caregivers are personable and attentive, the rooms are spacious, and the food is amazing with lots of choices and variety. My Mom looks younger and feels better because shes eating fresh healthy food, and not trying to keep up with the daily management of a house. Its a wonderful place, and Im thrilled that Mom is being taken care of so well.

New to settling Mom in at Atria. I have found the staff to be great. Ive had problems to conquer and the director has gone out of her way to help even talking to me on her day off from home. We still have a ways to go but Im getting plenty of help and give it a thumbs up. Thank you!

May 2018
I have been at the Atria about 2 months. The care girls are very good in helping us when we need that little something. My son and daughter- in-law did a complete make over. One wall is painted , my favorite color, lilac. Tammy found everything in shades of lilac. John made a family picture wall. On the painted wall is pictures of Pete & I from our wedding day until he to his went home in heaven. There are a few residents here that I knew from my other home. Thank you all for making me feel home.

How can you not love this community.......With all of the comforts of home, great food, tons of activities, a swimming pool and MOST OF ALL caring and compassionate staff to meet all of your needs. They have so much to offer, from assisted/independent living, 2 secure memory impaired units which will impress you, and respite care.
December 2014
Absolutely love this place. We had to bring my dad to Florida to keep him close and the people at Atria Evergreen Woods Stacy the person in charge of admissions couldnt be more helpful and kind. Christina the person in charge of entertainment makes the place feel like an all inclusive resort. Lots of fun things to do and always putting a smile on everyones face. My father was not crazy about going into assisted living at first, but now he couldnt be happier and wishes he went in sooner. The grounds are beautiful and everything is clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering assisted living for their parents.
December 2014
I own and operate a busy Nurse Registry in the Tampa Bay Area called No Place Like HomeCare. Working in the senior industry Ive toured and or partnered with just about every Independent - Assisted - Skilled Facility in our region. I can say without hesitation that the Atria Evergreen Community in Spring Hill is one of the nicest and most beautiful communities you will ever see. Additionally they have tremendous caring staff who treat the residents like they were a member of their own family. Specifically I would mention one staff person in particular who I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. Christina Mainardi is the Activities Director at Atria, and I cant say enough about what a tremendous job she does entertaining and setting up various activities for the residents. This is also likely only a small part of her job duties as every time Ive seen her she seems to be taking on some new task. Truly a caring individual working in a truly wonderful community. As a professional working in this industry let me once again give my fullest recommendation! - Joel Chaffins
September 2014
The staff at Evergreen Woods is amazing!! My grandmother has been a resident for a few years now, and every time I visit the staff is so kind and welcoming. It is a great living environment, and there are always great activities for the residents to participate in. Overall - 10 out of 10!!
August 2014
The atmosphere throughout the community is very loving and caring. The residents really become family to one another and to the staff also. There is great interaction between the staff and the residents, and we have a lot of fun. Everyone is so thoughtful and kind.
August 2014
My Mother, affectionately know around the Atria as Mitzi, has been a guest at the Atria Evergreen Woods in Spring Hill, FL. since April 22, 2011. Mother was becoming more and more depressed and reclusive after the death of my Father; her beloved husband, soul mate and life partner of 65 yrs. Mom was lost without him. She slept most of the time and was not interested in eating. I persuaded her to move in with me and my husband. We live on a 5 acre property and I could see very quickly that Mom still was declining. To put it bluntly, she was a city gal, and was bored in the country. One day, I read an ad about a local assisted living facility. I took Mom to the Atria Evergreens Woods Assisted Living facility and met with Staci Benge, Community Sales Director. She took us on tour and explained all the benefits of living at the Atria. Mom and I were both impressed with the resort-like atmosphere, the cleanliness of the interior and the gorgeous landscaping. We checked Mom in an she came to life again. Being around people and having scheduled meals and activities was just what she needed. Recently Mom graduated to the Memory Care Center. It was a very difficult decision to make. Upon the observation and recommendation of Margaret Waldemar, Resident Services Director and consultation with Jim Westrich, Executive Director, I came to the realization that Mom was ready to graduate to the Memory Care Facility. I was the one who was not ready. This was a decision that was filled with complete and utter angst. I reluctantly agreed to move Mom on the advice and guidance of the experienced staff and I soon realized that all my fears were for naught. Mom is at home, happy and healthy. She is encompassed by love every minute of every day. We were blessed to find such a wonderful facility. Thank you to all the staff for their devotion, love and support. I want to recognize the entire Administration and Staff who work tirelessly at making the Atria the wonderful community that it is. Picking one person who is outstanding in their service is impossible. I would like to honor the following along with Jim Westrich and Margaret Waldemar.Stephen Westhoff, Food Services DirectorPatricia Bennett, Asst. Executive DirectorStaci Benge, Community Sales DirectorChristina Mainardi, Activities DirectorKen and Skip, the resident ansporters Diane who answers the phones at the front desk, and patiently directs residents who sometimes become confused.Thank you all. You are loved and appreciated by many!Margaret May Daughter of Militza Kuzmann

What a wonderful facility! I have had 2 aunts live their and the second one is still a resident and just loves it there. The employees are very attentive and caring. They really get to know all of the residents and us family members that visit frequently. After researching and personally visiting all of the assisted living facilities in the area, I know we made the right choice! Thank you to all of the great Atria Team! I am looking at independent-assisted living facilities in the Tampa area. My partner has Parkinsons and I have limited mobility. I have visited this facility three times, twice unannounced.. It appears to meet all my needs - no upfront buy in, three meals per day, a nice heated swimming poll, an attentive staff , and plenty of activities. Definitely worth a look-see. I currently plan to go there when we are no longer able to remain totally independent.Peter Moeller, Leesburg Fl
