This is a beautiful facility inside and out. Mom was impressed when she toured the home. She asked if she could have lunch and try out the food. Diana not only invited her to lunch but also two activities. Diana and her staff went above and beyond!

Clean, fresh atmosphere and excellent care! Staff is very patient and kind! Great cooks, nutritious meals with music and mom is so happy with her new found friends! Lots of activities for her to take part in, including exercising. We enjoy the happy place and the fresh air in the nicely landscaped courtyard! Very peaceful and relaxing! Visitors are very well received and welcomed!!!!

My mom is a resident now at Brookdale Spring Hill, because of Diana and Rachael those two caring ladies actually took the time to speak with my Moms doctor, even visited her in her previous home to better understand my moms needs. Both of these ladies guided my family every step of the way for this transition. Once my mom moved in I met Trinstine who warmly greeted my mom and keep her busy with projects and games she is so caring and compassionate to all of the residents, I am amazed at how these staff members all work together in harmony to make this a loving community and pitch in wherever needed to make your loved ones feel special. From housekeeping,maintenance,dining,business,to the director to the nurses Every Every staff member there always greet you with a smile Please rest assure your loved one will be safe and happy. Now that my moms at Brookdale Spring Hill I can finally get a good nights sleep knowing my mom is being cared for from such a caring group of staff members. Thank you all for being who you are. My Gram has been there 4 years now. When she first moved in it was fantastic! Then the staffing turned terrible, my mother spoke to the Head of Brookdale and wrote letters. They said things would change, Well they did and the new staff has been amazing. The place is always neat and clean. The food there is very good I have eaten there many times with my Gram. Bob and Darleen the chefs are Amazing and very friendly and kind, they know me and my mother by name. I love that at Christmas time they have a family day and they feed the residence and there family. This year they did it on a week day, during the day so I was unable to go but this was the first year that happened. Hopefully next year it will get back to the way it was 3 years in a row so more family can make it. They have many activities for the residence to do during the days and they also have field trips. I just met Lisa today and what a kind, friendly, caring woman. I am thankful staff changed and they did as they promised or we would not be there today. Thank you all staff!

I moved my 90 year old grandmother into Brookdale Spring Hill this past weekend. She was not happy at all about the idea of leaving her house. The entire staff at Brookdale treated her (and me!) with such kindness and understanding during this very difficult transition. My grandmother went from refusing to stay to telling me the she didn't know places like this existed and that everyone would be so nice. That was just the first day! She's settling in really well and I know she's right where she belongs. Thank you Brookdale Spring Hill!

The staff at Brookdale is excellent. I visit assisted living facilities often as a therapist and the kindness and compassion at Brookdale is second to none. Tristine the activities director is a difference maker. All the residents love her because she helps bring out the best in everyone. 5 star review.

I visited here with my uncle a couple of months ago and we decided on this warm community for him, based upon how the staff treated us and all the other residents. My uncle is so happy and has made several new friends so far. I don't get down to Spring Hill very often, but when I do Lisa always greets me with a friendly smile.

Visited brookdale springhill june 16th 2019 . A small but very well staffed , toured home home very clean and well kept . I also had lunch food excellent . talked with mananager for about hour she was well informed and answered all my questions . the prices are very affordale --- you make this home one of your stops before you decide give 5 stars

I would give it more stars, if available! My mom has been there five months after transferring from another Brookdale facility which was sold to different company. She loves it there. The employees are very caring and considerate, both to her and her family. She is extremely happy about the quality of the meals. Having joined her a few times for lunch and dinner, I wholeheartedly agree with her. My mom is 94 years old, and she is cared for as if she was everyone's mother.

My Mother likes Brookdale, and I do too. Mom has been living there for 4 years now. It is a small unit, very homey. The Staff treat the residents like family and Mom says it feels like home. The food is good. I would recommend Brookdale very highly.

It has now been one month shy of 2 years my Mom has been living at Brookdale Spring Hill. From day one, going through the front door, it has been HOME for her. She is happy, content and most of all enjoying l her life as it is today. There are not enough adjectives to describe the Amazing, Awesome, Competent, Caring, Understanding, Kind, Loving (ok, you get my drift), Staff!! And that goes for ALl who work there. No matter the time of day or night, I have no worries that my Mom is Well cared for! It is a Family in which no one is related by blood, but by respect for each resident living there. Anyone reading this, and has the need for a facility such as Brookdale Spring Hill, you will find No better place than this.

I love my job here at Brookdale, and I very much like my manager Darleen. I love what I do as a cook, and i take a lot of pride in my skills. And most of all I love my residents, I have not completed my daily job if I haven't made each and everyone of them smile or laugh. And I love mostly all the staff that I work with they are awesome and work very hard to care for our residents and keep them smiling.
