From the front of the facility to the back, and everywhere in between, Memory Care Arden Courts of Seminole deeply cares for its residents and their families! They have the most dedicated and professional staff and caregivers that I have ever experienced (and both of my parents have had many healthcare needs and hospitalizations in the past several years, so I have witnessed and experienced a lot of subpar care and facilities). As a hospital Case Manager for the last 15 of my 50 year nursing career I can honestly say Arden Courts was my recommendation over and over due to excellent communication, wonderful care and a family like environment . I have had the opportunity to attend meetings at Arden Courts Seminole over the past 5 years. I have found it consistently clean and a pleasant atmosphere and great food. What impresses me the most is seeing the loving staff interact with residents, when they don't know they're being observed. You cannot fake caring staff. It was a difficult decision placing a loved one in a memory care facility. From my first meeting with Donna and Laura at Arden Courts I felt confident they truly cared for their residents. I have found everyone working at the facility to be friendly and positive in their interactions with the residents and family members who come to visit. I routinely visit 3-4 times per week and I have never seen or heard a caregiver become frustrated or angry with one of the residents. It takes special folks to work in a memory care facility and I truly believe Arden Courts management and staff do an excellent job meeting the needs of our loved ones.

A shout out to Arden Courts (Seminole)! Our mom recently turned 100! Arden Courts put together such a special celebration party for family, friends, residents, staff and those able to attend by Zoom. The Community Center was decorated with birthday decor and reminders of what was happening in 1924…so awesome! The cake that was made into numbers 100 tasted great. Add to that, two musicians played songs that highlighted West Virginia where mom lived as a child. A special thank you to Heather and the team of helpers for pulling all of this together. Our mom is very happy living in the Arden Courts facility and this is just one example why. The staff truly love the residents and it shows! Thank you Arden Courts!

This is the 3rd facility I have moved my friend to in over two years. I finally believe she has found "A Place to Call Home." Though she has only been there about a month, I am happy with her care. No caregivers or staff say, "Not my job," if I ask about her or request something. They know her and her needs. The administrator Laura truly knows who each resident is, and the "marketing admin" Donna participates in all aspects of Arden Court - much more than just her job title implies. Both of those women are truly invested emotionally in Arden and all of its people, including residents and staff. They demonstrate their sense of caring and well-being in the physical building with experience and ease, matched by their great sense of humors that is refreshing. My friend is thriving finally - representative of the caring and expertise of the medical, dietary, activity even maintenance staff. It is not a showy place, it is where people go to be assisted and loved for life. If there is an opening -- take it!

We are delighted with the quality of care our loved one is receiving. The management and staff are professional, warm and friendly. They are always available to discuss concerns or to communicate with family about resident's activities when you are unable to be present. It truly feels like an extension of my family. After having my loved one in 2 other inferior facilities, I am so grateful to have found Arden Courts of Seminole. Laura and her staff are the most caring people. It takes a special person to be a caregiver and they are all SPECIAL! We visited Arden Courts Seminole yesterday and met with Donna Ceasare. Donna is passionate about her job and it radiates in every word she speaks. When discussing her residents there was warmth, love and compassion in her voice. She introduced us to her staff referring to them as "her family." The grounds of the facility are tattered in warm inviting colors and each area has it's own theme. The residents are happy and you can see how well they are taken care of. They had multiple events going on including, singing, worship, and arts & crafts. This is a terrific place if you have a loved one in need! And don't forget little Oreo who will greet you with a wagging fluffy tail !

Our mother is an incredible woman and we love her so much! Initially we had two wonderful caregivers taking care of her in her home on a daily basis which worked for a while. However, after several falls and increased dementia issues, it was clear that she needed round the clock care in a safe & nurturing environment. I spent much time visiting and speaking to multitudes of people about where is the best place for her. I finally found a place that was a true blessing and exactly what we were looking for. This was Arden Court in Seminole, Florida. I initially spoke with Bernadette Homan, their Community Relations Specialist, who told me about the facility. I then, set up a visit and wanted a tour and to meet with the staff. I had a wonderful visit speaking with Donna Ceasare, their Memory Care Advisor, who is an amazing person. She toured me through the facility and also helped educate us on the challenges ahead regarding dealing with family members with dementia. They helped educate us on how to move forward with moms' best interest of health, safety & care in mind. Their staff of trained caregivers is really at the heart of what this place is all about. They truly love the people that they care for and treat them as family. I routinely see caregivers comforting their residents with their arms around those having a difficult day. They also have a lot of activities, games, entertainment that Heather Singleton, Program Services Coordinator sets up that keeps things fun and interesting for everyone. The arts and crafts room is a place where mom likes to work on puzzles and artwork. We are very happy that church services are available to the residents. Mom really likes the field trips to restaurants for lunch that are offered from time to time. The food is also very good as well. The physical therapist Paul does a wonderful job and keeps us posted on mom's progress. Their nursing staff is exceptional and really care about the resident's quality of life 24/7 and have a wonderful attitude. They also have an inhouse doctor that visits the facility that we are happy with. There is a beauty salon where mom gets her hair done, and manicures & pedicures are also done in-house as well. This quality facility and caring attitude of the entire staff starts with those at the top. Laura Pinard, Executive Director and Donna Ceasare have created such a pleasant atmosphere at Arden Court of Seminole. There are many places you can consider for your loved ones, but once you visit this place, I think you will very pleased. We love them and all they do for mom.

When looking for a memory care facility in Pinellas County , I literally visited every single memory care facility in the county. I kept coming back to Arden Courts of Seminole for a couple reasons. They only dealt with memory care and they had a huge outdoor walking area for the residents that was beautifully landscaped, quiet, and a wonderful place for residents and visitors to hang out. I placed my loved one there about a year and a half ago. I come by to visit 3 to 4 times a week at all hours of the day and early evening. They never know when I am coming by. Without fail, the facility is always clean, happy, lively and full of staff that truly care about their residents. I could not be happier with my choice and if you are able to get your loved one into this facility, you will not be disappointed. It truly is very family oriented and they have so many different activities for the residents, they are never bored! I feel blessed to have found such a loving, caring facility that really puts their hearts into their work.

Taking care of people with Alzheimer's and other dementias must be one of the most difficult occupations. No facility is perfect, but the vast majority of the staff at Arden Courts go way above the call of duty to take care of their patients. I have been so impressed with how caring the staff is. Whenever I have had a concern, it has been addressed immediately. The Activities Director did not give up trying to get my father to join in their scheduled activities. After many months he started going and now doesn't want to miss. The chef goes out of her way to make meals my father likes. The nursing staff and caregivers know the patients well enough, that when something is changing, they notice it quickly. This facility is a good size in that the staff knows the patients, but it is large enough to offer many services.

Very warm and loving atmosphere. Much different than most memory support facilities with a residential neighborhood feel and huge outdoor grounds that have beautiful landscaping. Medical director and nurse practitioner do weekly rounds on separate days to maximize coverage of residents.

My mother has been a resident since Aprik, 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Arden Courts is her fourth facility. I have been pleased with the staff's attention and care. Arden Courts maintanence has kept the facility in good repair and cleanliness.

I am in the Funeral Care Business and I was a assigned a patient from this facility. In all of my time working in this field, I have never before come across a more excellent establishment. It is absolutely beautiful inside and it feels just like home. The staff go above and beyond for each and every one of their patients, as if they were their own family. I was honored to be apart of their Final Farewell, that ends in a bell rung three times in memory of their residents. Hands down, the best care possible for your loved one.

Ive worked in various healthcare facilities the last 14 years and none have the caring management, loving staff, cleanliness, and appetizing food as does Arden Courts of Seminole.Even in comparison with the all the other fantastic Arden Courts facilities, Arden Courts of Seminole significantly stands out.he Administrator, management, therapy, recreation, nurses, caregivers, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance.... and ANY other staff at this facility are honestly as great as can realistically be. The peace of mind about my mothers safety and care at Arden Courts of Seminole in priceless.

Putting Mama Rose into Arden Courts of Seminole was the best decision we made when it came to her long term memory care. As hard as we tried to keep her comfortable at home, we really made things worse for her ALZ. She was anxious, frightened, and honestly a danger to herself and others. The constant wandering was becoming a problem, and we enrolled her in respite care at Arden Courts of Seminole. She started to thrive, and we saw how helpful the environment was to her well being (not only mentally but physically as well). It didnt take long to see that she wanted to be there, and we were doing more harm than good keeping her at home. Their staff is a blessing beyond compare, and they feel like family at this point. The facility is clean and comfortable and Mama Rose loves her bedroom. My only regret is that we didnt make the decision for full time care sooner. If anyone is looking for skilled memory care for a loved one, you really cant find a better facility.
