The first thing youll notice is that the residents at Colonial Park are at home! They take pride and ownership in their community. When you look around you see the friendships theyve made with each other and with the staff. The activities director is amazing and really listens to what the residents want to do to and makes it happen and provides a full list of social and healthy activities! The longevity of the staff truly sets this community apart from the others. Colonial Park is a seasoned community with staff who have the knowledge & skill to provide excellent care, activity and engagement for your loved one! If you are looking for a place that your loved one can really feel the contentment of being home...look no further...Colonial Park - the home where the heart is!

One year ago, our family suddenly found ourselves searching for an assisted living residence for our parents. After touring several locations, we found Brookdale Colonial Park to be a great fit. Our family has been in the Sarasota area for over 40 years and the Brookdale Location is ideal. I have worked in the medical field for decades in Sarasota and the care and compassion that Brookdale Colonial Park offers is one of their strongest assets. We have another family member at a different assisted living facility and the care at that one does not come close to what our parents receive. The small family atmosphere that is at this location is comforting and makes for an easy transition from a private residence to community living. The staff are compassionate and honestly care about the residents.

We would love to take you on a tour of our wonderful building and show you what a differance our entire staff makes in our residents lives everyday!
