July 2026 my elderly mother stayed at Marina Isle Assisted Living for 1 week utilizing the respite care services. My wife and I have cared for her the last several years. Mom can no longer stay by herself if we want to take a short vacation. We checked several facilities offering respite care and for us, thankfully chose Marina Isle. It has turned out to be the perfect place. Our first contact was with Jessica in Marketing. She was thorough, walking us thru the facility while explaining the services. We met some of the employees and were pleased with all of our interactions. I returned with mom to the facility a few days later. Jessica showed us around. All that we encountered was positive. As a side note.. both my dad and mother in law had alzheimer's. My wife and I were directly involved in their care as well. My dad had to be placed in facilitie(s) with memory care. We are very knowledgeable about the good and BAD with healthcare in these type of facilities. Moving forward, after meeting with Jody the facility administrator we decided Marina Isle checked all the boxes. Mom's stay was more then we could hope for. Mom was welcomed by staff and residents. She enjoyed the meals and the variety of alternative choices. The facility is on the shoreline of Lake Monroe. She saw 4 manatee next to the sea wall. There were numerous activities she participated in . She said the staff was very friendly with her. Also each of our children visited mom on separate days with their children. They were welcomed at the facility. Jody and Jessica both were very kind and informative with any interaction I had with them. We are going to continue to use the respite care at Marina Isle on a somewhat regular basis. If the day comes that mom needs to stay in an assisted living facility we will have existing relationships with the folks at Marina Isle. My wife and I highly recommend this facility based on our experience and observations.

I have had a number of my clients living at Marina Isle and they all LOVE it. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and always very clean! The admin team is also very supportive of their residents and does whatever they can to help them out! Jodi and Jessica are the best!

Awesome place. Right on the water near the marina. Employees are always available to help or direct you to someone who can help. Sonia is front desk clerk. She is very helpful and friendly. Awesome lady. Betty does my laundry. Some stains are tuff to get out but she manages to get them out. Love talking with her. Momma cleans my room. She does it very well. Lovely lady.

I want to start by saying that the location of this assisted living home is truly beautiful. The views are peaceful and enjoyable, and the setting itself is one of the best parts of the facility. It’s clear that a lot of families would find comfort in the environment alone. Unfortunately, our experience has been negatively impacted by one particular staff member in the dining area. A food server named Raygan has repeatedly spoken to my grandfather in a disrespectful and dismissive way. Residents in assisted living deserve patience, kindness, and dignity at all times, and this behavior has been extremely disappointing and concerning as a family member. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because with better staff interactions, this facility could truly live up to its potential.

My grandmother live here for about 5 and a half years before passing earlier this year at the age of 96. Jody and her team are the kindest, most professional people I have ever met and my grandmother became family there. While she was the only resident there when they originally opened their doors at the hight of COVID, they did so much for her. Jody is family to me and always will be. I will be eternally grateful for how my grandmother's final years were filled with love, laughter and joy.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility and the amazing team who helped care for my dad. Although I was recently given a 45-day notice due to my dad’s declining health, I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and the relationships we’ve built along the way. A huge thank you to Jessica, the marketer, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me from the very beginning. And to Jody, the manager, a woman of action! She handled most of the communication with such kindness, professionalism, and compassion ” I truly appreciate all of her support. From the incredible cook, Leslie, to the wonderful housekeepers Maria and Regina, everyone made my dad feel comfortable and cared for. A special thanks also to Tyra, who provided my dad’s medications with so much patience and respect. My dad loved the friendliness and warmth of the entire staff, and I can only hope and pray that his next place will be just as loving and compassionate as this one. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for my dad and our family.

This facility is beautiful. I came here for separate event. However, I met a few of the loved ones on the elevator and they were saying how Much they loved having their grandparents here. Everyone seemed kind and the view is wonderful.

My mother lived out her last few months here after being at several other facilities that did not work for her. She was not easy to please, but this place took really great care of her. The facilities and staff are fabulous and the price is very reasonable!

We were looking for an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) for my Grandpa. After him having bad experiences at other places, we finally found a beautiful, clean, spacious and caring place for him. Just by switching his environment and the staff that actually does things with their residents, his overall well being has improved rapidly! His specialists have seen nothing but positive results in his health to include his diet. Marina Isle's healthy heart diet plans for all their residents have made huge positive changes with his health. Their daily activities and outings are super fun and they always bring a medical staff member for extra support! He has been to more outings in less than 6 months than he has been at his last ALF in 2 years! Super clean environment and the quality of care for their residents is phenomenal! The view and wildlife on the waters are like scenes from a national geographic channel! Very entertaining for all walks of life!

My mother in law has stayed here four times now and we have just scheduled another stay for 10 days . The rooms are beautiful , everything is new and very clean.. breathtaking views from the waterside rooms, which my mother in law loves! Staff is friendly and very helpful! I'm very pleased and happy with the level of care and patience the staff has in accommodating my 92 year old mother. They are very kind and mindful of the responsibilities they have. From the administrators to the rest of the staff, they answer any and all concerns and address them immediately.

It is a waterfront building. The location is very convenient at Sanford River run area. Shops, city buildings, restaurants, and parks are nearby.

We were driving around in the town of Stanford the area was very nice . Small shops in the downtown area. We didn't stop in any . We will return another day to walk around the shopping area . There is a steakhouse seafood restaurant right on the water looked very nice with plenty of parking. The marina had a boat launching area , saw people putting boats in the water . The lake looked very large it has access to the St John's river witch leads all the way to the ocean in Jacksonville Fl. They were doing construction along the road way but there was plenty of parking to stop and see the water or fish. From the shore line . We will be back to give it a try.

Wonderful place and people. I can honestly say that they saved my Dads life! They are so attentive, go way above and beyond and keep me in the loop. The building is beautiful and so clean and the views are spectacular! I can not say enough about this place! We were so lost before we found Danielle! Jody is wonderful also and I can’t wait to meet the rest of the staff after covid. Dad is happy there and likes all the staff!! We looked at many assisted living places And can honestly say that none even come close to Marina Isle.
