Capstone is a beautiful place to have your loved one in if they are ever in need of assisted living and/or memory care. Every time I walk in, the residents are always doing something fun and exciting. The staff is amazing as well. Having recently moved to the Palm Beach area, we decided to look into moving my husband's mother from a facility in North Carolina to be near us. We found The Capstone at Royal Palm, toured the facility and available rooms, and immediately set the wheels in motion. Capstone is beautiful from the moment you drive up. Clean, open spaces, and full of truly friendly, helpful, engaged employees. The Director, Ms Lewis pays personal attention to each of the residents and her staff. It is readily apparent that her warmth, knowledge, and hands on style of management has a wonderful effect on the entire facility. My mother in law is so happy to be moved into her own apartment at Capstone, complete with kitchen and walk in closet. She is discovering new things each day, like the outside garden area where residents can put their green thumbs to work. She also truly enjoys the food each day. We love having her so close now, but mostly are thrilled at how she has taken to living at Capstone.

So far we have had an amazing experience. The staff is so welcoming. They made this decision and entire transition for our mother so easy. The biggest thing I noticed in choosing Capstone was how happy all of the residents seem. That was a great comfort and not necessarily the case in other facilities we toured.

They had a Halloween party while I was there, it was fantastic! Pumkin decorating contest haunted house. Kids getting candy and lots if resident participation! Go check them out!

moving our. mom to capstone has been the best decision we have ever made. she is so happy here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. the residents are very friendly and accepted her with open arms. Thank you capstone for making my mom happy.we were happy ,but as my. mom needed more help they were very quick to get her out of there,chelsea kept calling when is she leaving so they can rent her room out. Now they owe us money for leaving a week early and it has been over a month. Im sad to hear the Lasondra is no long there.

Anyone looking for the perfect location for a family member can stop looking once they have found this hidden gem. We utilized the Memory Care section of Capstone for a family member and cannot thank Joe and the staff at Capstone enough. The facility is clean and inviting. Every time we visited, we felt welcomed and like part of a family. The food is top notch and the staff are beyond helpful.

My "very active" 91-year-old mother-in-law recently moved into Capstone and everyone has been so welcoming. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff is extremely accommodating. The activities are fun, and the staff treats everyone like family. We highly recommend Capstone!

I was really happy to see my Dad in his cute room with some of his favorite furniture. I know he especially loved that leather chair and big screen TV. I am also so thankful for the patient staff, who help him to get up and dressed each day, even though it is a very stressful time for him. The shadow boxes on the wall outside the rooms are a very thoughtful touch!

This is one of my favorite teams to work with. You will never meet a more compassionate team. I Loved seeing all the fun the residents have from costume contest to song filled happy hour. The dining room was filled with laughter and amazing conversation all shared over a great meal. In Memory care I saw more hugs and team members engaged with residents. I can write more but I encourage all to go and experience this amazing community for themselves.

Capstone is by far one of the best assisted living facilities that we have found in this area. Friendly staff and they go the extra mile to make sure all residents feel at home. From the beautiful apartments, amazing memory care, fabulous activities director with and assortment of monthly activities and a very kind, helpful and informative director- Chelsea RN. Any questions you may have are answered. They truly care for all whom walk in their door here. I would very highly recommend, you won't be disappointed with all they have to offer. We moved our Mom into Capstone sometime in the middle of last year and she couldn't be happier. She just turned 101 which is amazing in itself. The staff gave her a wonderful surprise party with balloons, cupcakes, etc. The Mayor was even there! Losandra is great; she really listens to your concerns and, most importantly, takes action. She is very accommodating and will do what it takes to correct any problem areas. After having a terrible experience at Harbor Chase, we are so happy that we have found Mom's new home. Mom loves her Care Givers...Nicole, Marie, Maria, (I wish I could remember all of their names) and the nurse is also great. The Activities Director is so full of life and energy; she truly tries to offer fun experiences to the residents. Thank you Capstone!

The long awaited move-in has finally happened! In a few words - Absolutely Above and Beyond! I cannot express enough the highest level of attention, care, compassion and welcoming our entire family received. Every possible outside barrier that we faced, Sharma and Christina worked through to make a safe, smooth and comfortable transition for our family member moving into the Memory Care unit. Our welcoming greeting upon arrival brought tears of joy to a happy ending of the long move in journey. The entire staff worked above and beyond to ensure a connection and bond would be created to promote a successful journey for their new resident. The food looks and tastes absolutely amazing and every staff member has a warm smile in their greeting. My family lives a considerable distance from Capstone so it is important to us that staff is accommodating with keeping us informed and makes communication available for us to talk and see when we cant visit. Our plan is set and we were never made to feel like we were being a pain or it was too much to ask.I look forward to returning to my review in a few months and confirming that my first week experience is still holding true! Thank you to everyone at Capstone!
