My brother Danny was a resident at Palm's Edge for about a year and a half. We live on the West Coast of Florida so our visits were not too frequent. He had no family in his immediate area so the staff filled in the void. When we did visit we found that Danny was very happy with his surroundings. He also would tell us that he loved the food. Danny wasn't always the easiest person to deal with but they took very good care of him. When he first moved in Paul, the Administrator went out of his way to settle him in and help him with his mobile phone issues he always seemed to have. The receptionist, Ruth Ann was fantastic and would always take the time to make sure we had communication with Danny. The staff in general were always cordial and obliging to all the residents. We met another family member on our first visit and she confirmed that her grandmother was happy there. We hope that the facility can get a bit of a facelift so that all involved can enjoy this center. Thank you all for the loving care you provided Danny while he was a resident there. Danny passed last week and we have comfort in the Palm's Edge and his final days. God bless you all.

Im giving 5 stars because this place is AMAZING, the staff are always taking care of the residents and Paul the administrator is professional and he cares about the residents and the employees, I can feel comfortable bringing my family if they need to be in an assisting facility.

Matt, Kelli, and STAFF are exceptional, skilled, and caring. The caregivers are THE BEST! My Dad feels it. Because of this, he does not "act out" here, as he had done before. It is a supportive community for Dad and for the family as well. The attitude/corporate culture is unlike anything I have ever seen before. I would not put Dad in Memory Care any place else.
