Our senior residents have a variety of choices when it comes to apartments. Our community offers studio, private and semi-private units. Each one has a living area, and private bath. Our staff works hard to maintain our principles and preserve the dignity of our senior residents from Quincy. We encourage independence and celebrate the independence of our residents. Magnolia House meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.
Magnolia House Amenities & Services
Devotional Services Offsite, Activities Onsite, Indoor Common Areas, Devotional Services Onsite, Meals Provided, Beautician Onsite and other perks are available to all residents. Seniors enjoy the comfort of their new home while our friendly, well-trained staff is available for anything they may need or want.
We do our best to make sure each resident is able to sustain a healthy, fulfilling life during their stay. In order to do this, our facility has Wheelchair Accessible Showers, Resident Parking Available to keep them active. After all, one of the keys to staying independent is staying active.

Sodalis is a great company to work for. I like that they are all about their residents and associates. Everyone from the staff in the buildings to home office in Texas is friendly and outgoing. If you are needing a job and want a rewarding experience I'd highly recommend Sodalis Quincy.

I love all the changes Sodalis is making to make the community an even better place than it already was. The people at the home office are great and the management team at the community are awesome and always available. Everyone makes sure it is always about the residents and that they are being taken care of. I highly recommend Sodalis Quincy for your loved one!

My mother was at Magnolia House for almost 2 years. She loved Bingo there and participated every week. She received really good care until Covid, which was no fault of the facility. We were only able to visit her outside, through the window from March 2020 until September 2020. Unfortunately she started to decline in March this year and had to go to a long term care facility. She is now 98. I would recommend Magnolia house for any Senior looking for an Assisted Living facility. The fees are very reasonable even for a private room. It’s quiet and peaceful as well as very secure/safe with a nice enclosed courtyard.

I love the smaller home like feeling of Sodalis Quincy. The moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted by the concierge, the staff at the community is top notch. If you are looking for affordable, upscal senior living Sodalis, Quincy is a must see!

I have been quite happy having my Dad at Magnolia for the past 17 months. They have had some staffing changes, yet from what I see the director has done a very good job of keeping things moving along. 2020 was a terrible year for all assisted living facilities as well as the staff with Covid issues, so that certainly should be considered when evaluating any care home. Magnolia has done well. They have fun activities here, very nice studios, as far as I can see a very caring staff, and a family atmosphere.

We decided that this institution was not the best for my mother. I don't believe that they really have the staff or the nursing staff that she needs at this stage. She seems to be changing rapidly and needs hands on memory care at a high degree. They only have level 2. It is a nice facility and would recommend it if it fits your specific needs for a loved one.

We chose Magnolia House because of past good experience someone we knew had. They are a good community and our loved ones are satisfied. As long as our loved ones are satisfied then we are satisfied. We would recommend this community to anyone and in fact we already have.
