I just want to say thank you to everyone at the facility and the PT and OT was amazing.as well. My mom came in not knowing how to walk after being in the hospital for 2 1/2 months. Everyone at the facility was super helpful and encouraging. My mom got discharged on May 20 , 2026 after being there for 100 days and it was the best day due to her making such a huge progress in health. I would recommend this facility if you are looking for a great place to have your love one that needs help and care. Thanks so much again for everything I gave it 10 stars

Mary has continued to call and check in to make sure all was Ok. Very professional, yet concerned. That’s important in the healthcare field.

My stay at Savannah Park and Oasis has been exceptional. The food was amazing. The new chef Ricardo has been great at come up with new food ideas. The nurses and CNAs have been extremely kind and patient. Two CNAs were exceptional. Nicole and Gemina. The PT and OT department have in my recovery . They have worked with me daily to improve my arm and shoulder. I am recovering from a shattered shoulder. They also worked with me to keep my other side strong and teach me how to function with only my left hand. I’ve been here 5 weeks and the stay has been great.

Savanna’s Park has my full approval and recommendation. My husband has been here for over three weeks, and the staff, both on the floor and in the dining room, have been consistently helpful, professional, and kind. Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly and positively, with quick resolution. I have seen firsthand how hard the staff works and how much they genuinely care about their patients. I can confidently recommend Savanna’s Park.

My Brother in law was there fir about a month after a stroke. His daughter moved him back to her town after coming and seeing the facility and the operation. The nurses were good but few, on the day he left there was 1 nurse for 28 patients!! Unacceptable!!! The food was absolutely horrible and sometimes you couldn't even figure out what it was. Dietary comes in first day and asks your preferences and then still serves you what you won't eat!!! The food was ALWAYS cold and sometimes never even came and you had to throw a fit to get a meal but then you wouldn't want to even touch it. The rehab staff was good but really didn't get much help with the cognition which is what he really needed. Overall we would recommend looking elsewhere due to the place smelling awful and the horrible food.

My Mom went here for rehab and I was unsure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendly nature of all we came in contact with. The nurses were caring and the CNA's work their butts off to provide GREAT care to their patients!! Overall a very positive experience.

I came here from Savannah Park for the first time and it was completely astounded by the level of care and concern from all of the employees. They have a great deal of empathy and understanding they come in and say hi and check on me on a regular basis, I don’t have to wait a long time when I push the button to have someone answer me and they have all my medications on time and have a complete understanding of the needs that I have and what my condition is

My friend got excellent help in the Oasis unit of this health facility. Thank you so much for all the kind people that you have working here.
November 2025
I want to share my experience here at Savannas Park. I have been here about six weeks now I came for rehab as I had surgery on my Achilles tendon. I can’t say enough about the rehab staff. I have been working with them the entire time that I have been here. I must say they are people with a lot of patience, dedication and the desire to help people get back to their normal. They all have great attitudes and no matter what the situation is, they take the time to address the residents problems and concerns. The medical staff has been wonderful. They take care of me and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The facility is clean and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job to make this happen. I recommend you check out this facility if you are considering placing your loved ones in a facility that cares.
October 2025
Staff members were great as far as wanting to help however I would not recommend this facility. When I needed assistance it would often take inexcess of 10 to 15 minutes for someone to respond. After informing the person answering the call it would take an additional 10 to 15 minutes for request to be handled. On the day of my release it took almost a full hour for request for breathing treatment to be answered. Food was often cold or unedible. Dinner served after 6. Breakfast after 8am were it not for friend and family bringing snacks and drinks there would have been nothing to eat or drink. Staff had no access to these items. Overall experience not at all pleasant. Would n

GOOGLE REVIEW FOR Savannas Health & Rehabilitation Center in Port St. Lucie, FL On April 23, 2025, my wife was admitted to this facility, with multiple leg fractures, where she was to receive extensive rehab services. The facility has a skilled nursing component and a rehab center (hereafter known as Oasis). She was admitted in to Oasis. For the record, I was a former health care administrator and a former New York State licensed Social Worker. I was the administrator for the largest Public agency. in my County, paying for thousands of patient’s long term care costs. I share this with you just to let you know that I was and still remain a knowledgeable, informed consumer of long term care services. Oasis was the first facility to contact me regarding a communication they received from Lawnwood Hospital indicating that my wife was ready for discharge. I was invited to visit and tour the facility (unannounced). I want to share with you what I observed then and ever since my wife was admitted to Oasis. The facility was immaculate. There were no unpleasant odors. Patient’s needs apparently were being met. Staff were busy but still took time to answer any of my questions and concerns. Even other patients responded in a positive manner to my inquiry “ Do you like it here? Are you getting good care? I asked some staff (clerical and professional) Why are you working here? Without exception, all responses were positive. I believe I made a good choice then on April 23, 2025 “ a choice I don’t regret today and hopefully not tomorrow. From my past work experience, I found some people were eager to complain. Some were verbally abusive; some used vulgarity to express themselves; some were extremely over demanding; some were unrealistic in their requests and/or expectations. I am not complaining, rather, I wish to compliment and praise Oasis staff. I will not site employee’s names or titles because I don’t remember all the names and I don’t want to leave anyone out. What I have observed is that Oasis staff have been efficient, kind and professional. They have been polite, courteous and respectful to the patient and to me. Without exception, they apparently see the patient as a patient with problems and not as problem patients. Staff use their eyes to see, not just to look; they use their ears to listen, not just to hear; and they use their mouth to say something, not just to talk. Their communication skills are excellent. I believe that people can be divided into 3 groups: Those who watch things happen; Those who wonder what happened; and those who make things happen. There is no question in my mind that Oasis staff make things happen - they make good things happen. They have the ability to make all around them feel comfortable. They make the patient’s days brighter as well as my day. There certainly is no danger of either of us getting eye strain from looking at the brighter side of things. A heartfelt special thanks to all the staff at Oasis “ A person’s most beautiful asset is not a head full of knowledge, but a heart full of love, an ear ready to listen and a hand willing to help others. Thank you for your dedication and for your caring attitude. Steve Javeline May 29, 2025

I actually evacuated with my neighbor Deb during Hurricane Milton. The building was lovely, the staff attentive even though we weren't patients, and the food passable. Since I have been hospitalized and admitted to Savannas Park. The staff care for you, they are conscientious of what they do and what your condition is. The therapists really help. And the food is still just as good.

Don is an awesome driver and maintenance guy. He’s always happy and smiling and willing to help. Tom is a great therapist. He’s patient and takes time. Rob is a funny guy whose good for a laugh, even when I’m working hard and hurting. Nurse Aly is always happy, does whatever I ask her to do, and she does her job well. I give kudos to all the workers doing a hard job.

Where do I start, after reading the reviews about Savannah park I was hesitant to place my mom here. My fears were put to rest once I started dealing with the nurses and the staff of this location. Everyone has been very professional And whenever I needed something it was taken care as soon as possible. No place is perfect, but my mom has been very happy here and she's been treated with dignity and respect.

3/22/24 My husband is currently a patient here. The outdated exterior of this facilty is not representative of its clean and shiny interior and it’s wonderful, caring staff who treat their patients with dignity and respect. The food they cook and serve is both nutritious and delicious. I highly recommend Savanah Park Rehab!! 5/23/24 My husband was discharged yesterday after 60 days at Savannas Park. It has been the best rehab experience of several rehabs my husband has been in over the last 4 years. A huge thank you to Darlene I, Kerry, Ashleigh, Nicole (Queens), Kelly, Gloria and Montaukin the Oasis area, and Darlene II, Florence, Allie, Tiara, Pakira, and Vernetta in Transitions, Julie and Jackie in OT and PT and the lovely Asanti. I apologize to anyone I unintentionally left out. Everyone genuinely cares about the patients in their care here!! Last but not least is Tim Kimes, the Administrator.who is unbelievably kind, concerned and approachable!!

I would like to thank Savannas Park Health and Rehab for caring for my mother. They have kind, compassionate people working hard to take care of patients in a stressful time in their life. Our situation was a painful injury and post surgery that needed healing and physical and occupational therapy. The Therapists were considerate of her pain along with her capabilities and sometimes lack of. The CNAs were sweet, helpful, efficient keeping her clean and comfortable and always with a smile (Bless them). The RNs worked hard keeping all her meds in order and timely and also with a smile. Not to forget the great staff that help keep the facility clean and floors shining and again, with a smile. I also want to thank the kitchen staff for their help when mom was fussy eating and the Chef for her great dinners. Mom was there 4 weeks, my dad and I were there every day, thank you for helping us make it home. Vicky

My husband was in need of a rehab facility after his recent hospital stay. After checking out several facilities, I selected Savanna’s park after meeting with Terri Clark. She was so kind and compassionate and addressed all my questions and concerns. I was so glad I did. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the doctors were simply great. A special thank you to Nancy, Darlene and Mary who took such excellent care of him.
October 2023
Caily was such a kind and attentive nurse, she took the time to properly care for my father and tend to his needs even when speaking Spanish. I really appreciate the work she did for him.
August 2023
Both my cousin and myself went looking for the right rehab center for my husbands recovery from neck surgery , we visited many believe me . My Ralph came in not knowing what to think, due a bad expectance in the resent past from another facility. Please if you want a great place with the best of the best , please consider Savannas Park . Speak with Terri Clark . There’s great compassionate nurses , ( Doreen , Megan , Aaron , Cicily to name a few ) CNA s , (Marvalyn , Felisha , Gloria to name a few , many more thank you ) . Dr. O in rehab therapy and Dr.Boyskin the house doctor are available, everyone is helpful , respectful , kind and most of all professional. . If an issue arises, it’s taken care of quickly and professionally. The therapy department , thank you just doesn’t seem enough ! I can’t go with out thanking Florence , who made sure at short notice , my husband had a ride to an important doctors appointment.. Savannas Park will be the only place we will consider going to now and in the future for rehab care . A very grateful spouse , Beth

My husband was in rehab for 100 days. At first he could barely lift his arm. By the end he could walk 90 feet. The PT and OT were especially kind and worked with him 6 days of the week. The Nurses and CNA’s were excellent. I am glad we chose The Palms
July 2022
Therapy was excellent as well as nursing! My only recommendation for improvement would be utilizing the activities room for entertainment.
April 2022

March 2022
Thank you Bob, Gloria, Nicole, Stacy, Florence and the entire team on the Orthopedic Rehab wing at the The Palms for giving my active, avid cyclist father an amazing experience as he recovers from hip replacement. 88 years young, a retired Coach and lifelong athlete, it was important to find the right facility to create a wellness plan to get him back to doing the things he loves! Working together like a well oiled machine, from the private room, the amenities, the food, and the staff is absolutely the BEST! Much appreciation!
February 2022
Let me start off by saying the staff as far as nursing staff and physical therapy staff has been nothing but accommodating and lovely to my mom And also front desk when you walk in the ladies are so sweet and nice and helpful, with that being said Natalia Who is in charge of insurance situation has been nothing but a bully and unprofessional with every aspect that I have spoken to her with! She does not know how to speak to People considering the situation that you’re in having a loved one in there. I have dealt with her on two occasions and both have been awful if anyone has had any problems with her also I’d like to hear about it. Thank you
January 2022
When I came to the rehab I was very unhappy, but after a few days of being here and I began to know the entire staff, I felt at home. They are warm, loving people who are very caring! I was cared for in the best way ever! When I first came, I could not walk, I could not even lift my right leg, but thanks to the wonderful and caring therapist Corey, I am now able to walk! Kelly from OT helped with my shoulder injury and now I am able to raise my arm. The entire therapy staff worked together as a team to help myself and other. The nursing staff was amazing in providing care and were very helpful and uplifting in my recovery. I would recommend this place to the queen! I spent my holidays here and had a wonderful time- I didn’t even miss home!
June 2021
My husband and I are so glad we chose Emerald Health Care for his rehabilitation after his stroke. His speech therapist Carrie, Occupational therapist James and Physical Therapist Ashley were wonderful. They have opened the door to the future for us with their insites, suggestions and hard work. We cannot praise them enough. Nancy from the nursing staff was such a lifeline with her years of experience with stroke victims. She shared information that truly gave me peace of mind. Unlike my prior experience at another facility, it was easy to speak with the doctors who cared for my husband. The one draw back was the shortage in staff due to Covid 19. Anyone looking for rehabilitation should definitely consider Emerald Health.
May 2021
If you’re looking for therapy this is the place to be! James from OT is by far the best therapist. Janice from PT is also wonderful. I’ve gotten better quickly because of them- they’ve gone above and beyond for me. Ally the nurse and Gloria the CNA have also gone above and beyond.
