Again they don't want to even accept that there's people on their facility but is smoking marijuana on a federally state-minded facility be corporate office just tried to talk to me which basically just felt me made me feel like worse than I am because I wouldn't say anything that's not true and there's many other reviews if you dig deep but baked a lot of the same but there's a bad problem at this facility that needs to be addressed and they just don't want to do it and I shouldn't have to leave here I didn't do nothing wrong and the bottom line is that don't care explain that to him talking to them on the phone they people in the corporate office that there's some people you just don't harm or hurt we come here to feel safe and if we have a problem and we can't say it to the administrator without being told we're causing problems and this or that then there's a big problem because what happened to me she never have happened and it doesn't seem to matter to them but the corporate office reached out to me for the review I left and it's the truth 100% and Matt's from a marine raider we can't lie we don't know how and we do what's best for the people in the world and the people in our lives and especially in our surroundings so all I can say is that what I spoke earlier is 100% the truth and I'm going to do whatever I can to change it stop it so that no one else ever has to come here and be slammed and slandered and your rights violated to nothing so God bless you and I hope you follow my reviews and with God's help I can make what's wrong right I'm not doing this maliciously to hurt anybody I'm doing it because something was done to me that shouldn't have been and I have to do this for myself so that I don't have to live the life I got left knowing that someone can just write something down on a piece of paper and have you removed from the assistant facility when there's a lot of bad stuff going on in here and I told him about it now they know about it and they should do something about it okay God bless you

I have a good friend of mine here. I absolutely love the staff & their smiles. Always polite & willingly offers help if you need. The food is good. The people are down to earth & actually act like they CARE. The Director Lynn always goes above & beyond to get the answers if you have any questions about your loved one. Thank you to all the staff for all your help. It is greatly appreciated.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is super helpful and kind! From the maintenance workers, to the hands-on help to Lynne in admin; everyone works to make my brother's home a happy one! They just go out of their way to give him the help and encouragement that he needs! Thanks Pavilion folks!

My brother calls the Pavilion his home! He's very content here. The care is top notch, the friends he makes have been so beneficial, his daily life routines are more interesting and fun. When he has medical problems, the staff is observant~they always seek help when immediate attention is needed. The staff are some of the friendliest people, and make him feel at home. I cannot say enough good things about the Pavilion and would like to extend my thanks to all of you who work there, and also, to the ones who live there!

The staff at the Pavilion is great! They go above and beyond with the care they give my brother Fred. You walk down the hallways and everyone says hello. Although I can't remember everyone's name I do know Lynn, and Beth are always more than willing to help with extra issues that come up and not to forget wonderful ' Miami' and all she does with his everyday needs. Fred speaks highly from everyone from the folks in the kitchen, maintenance man, cleaning lady, laundry lady, to the office workers

We can finally take a deep breath and relax since my mother moved into The Pavilion. The staff are so caring just like a big family and they adjust their care based on her needs. We just cant thank the staff enough for giving our family peace of mind.

My sister has not been here long, but has formed relationships with the staff. We came from out of town to celebrate her birthday, and Jane realized that the room we were in would not accommodate us all. She got a cart for the food and moved us to the Chalet room. Thanks to her, we had a great visit! Thank you all.

A shout-out to Lynne, Nina, Beth and all the wonderful staff at the Pavilion who provide such warmth and caring to the residents here. My brother lives here and recently returned from a holiday away and was received back with many warm wishes and positive compliments. Being out-of-state, my family is very grateful for the timely responses to our calls, requests and communications to assure on-going compassionate care given to our loved one. My uncle has been living at the Pavilion for some time now. The staff at the pavilion have been wonderful in taking care of him, scheduling and coordinating doctors appointments with me, and they are always helpful. First let me give praise to two of the most wonderful people I have ever met! Nina and Lynne are the most caring, kind and patient women I have met. It's never easy when it comes that time to put your loved one in a home however they made the transition so much easier. I sleep well knowing my loved one is in such caring hands. The Pavilion is a wonderful facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for assisted living placement. The staff treats their residents like family and are very accommodating. The facility is always clean, and each staff member seems to know each resident on a personal level. A special shout out to Lynne, who is very hands-on and will find a solution for any problem!

My mother of 90 years, has been residing at the facility for the past 6 years and has recently been moved to their Memory Care unit within the same facility. During her time there, she has been well taken care of by many loving and caring individuals. I have a special appreciation of facility manager, Lynne. She is always accessible to keep me informed about Mom, and genuinely cares about mother's wellbeing.

My mother was only at this facility for a short time, but while there she was well cared for. Lynn is very kind and friendly with all the residents. The staff was wonderful with my mom. Big shout out to Sara!! I'm very appreciative of the respect and support my mother was given from the entire staff.

My 94-year-old mom is at this facility and I recommend it highly. While it is not shiny and new, it is solid, has a nice front porch area and, most importantly, caring, experienced, responsive and highly competent staff. The executive director in particular has been at the facility a very long time and can help navigate any situation. The wealth of information she possesses is a great benefit to residents and family members in dealing with medical, insurance and governmental issues. Her staff is well-trained, kind and hard-working and, when my mom pulls the call cord, they respond! The food is also good and the activities director really promotes involvement. The residents are also friendly and will talk to the newbies. The resident council is active and seems to have a real voice in matters. Overall, this place offers a lot for a very reasonable price.

Staff truly cares and is warm & friendly. Have had my Mom there for roughly 6yrs with no problems. Concerns are quickly addressed and within reason. Rest assured you'll be placing your loved one in a good assisted living facility.

You even introduced us to the residents and they all said how happy they were and it shows. Terri you drove from New Port Richey to Palm Harbor just to drop off the packet and paperwork. You were so kind, loving, understanding and your empathy is beyond compare. The more we go and visit, the more I know we are making the best decision for our family. Has hard and heart breaking as it is, you and your staff has addressed our concerns and helped with each step. The Pavillion has a heart beat inside of the entire facility that shows a true family connection.

My Mom started out living in The Assisted living side about 2 years ago. She was active and happy. About a year ago Mom transitioned to the Memory care unit where she has thrived. Our staff engages the residents there is music playing and activities are provided. Mom seems very happy there. The staff provides timely communication.

Such an amazing Assisted Living Facility this is, the staff is so welcoming. You can tell its a great environment to work in and I am sure the people who live there can feel the positivity. A certain worker stood out more than most and her name was Brandy. She helped answer all my questions I had and has patience of a saint. My experience with New port Richey center has always been wonderful and very helpful. The facility is very clean. With grate food and a wonderful atmosphere. I visit a friend here 2 or 3 times a week. The place is always clean and smells good. I enjoy sitting on the porch and talking with my friend and the other Residents. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about the Residents. It has a home like atmosphere.

OMGOODNESS this place is amazing! My mom is such a different, happier, energetic person since coming to NPRC! They do so many activities with the residents and give them life again! All the employees are so amazing but Korey has went above and beyond for us! I praise God for her!!

My mum has lived here for a year. I live in England and every time I visit her I am absolutely amazed at the care, patience and professionalism shown to her by all the staff. The decor may look a bit faded but that is because the money is spent on activities for the residents. Their happiness and wellbeing is always the number one priority.. The staff are truly as their tee shirts say - the Dream Team.
