My dad lives here. All private apartments. Both 1 2 bedrooms. Clean well kept. Is newly renovated updated.Has a nice staff people who live there. Most are over 70 years of age. Independent living.They offer nightly daily activities, but its unusual that there are no activities on the weekends which boggles my mind.

I went to many retirement community before I found this gem!! I moved in about a month ago and have never been happier! The office staff is very considerate and understanding. I had a few move in issues that were fixed within 24 hours. The maintenance staff are magnificent! They have a bus that takes you to local grocery stores 3 days of the week, the driver is truly dedicated to the safety and well being of all his passengers!! There is always activiti dhff!!!es going on 7 days a week. I love it here, come check it out

I moved in March. I have a 2 bdrm, 1 bath. It is renovated, clean, safe and affordable. It is close to shopping areas. Im 73, and feel comfortable and safe, Just about everything you need is here. Reading reviews I see many complaints. Yes,, there is construction, but it is nearing completion. But they are addressing past problems and making corrections. The building is beautiful, for the most part clean, and definitely safe. There are some tenants that contribute negatively to the cleanliness. Cooperation is needed amongst tenants to keep building clean and beautiful. However, some do not participate and pick up after self or animal, but choose to complain. One floor and roof still under construction, but for most part, the major construction coming to end. The office staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys are great! There is a new bus to accommodate grocery shopping and other shopping trips! Current complaints seem to be unreasonable, as these staff members are making a better place for disabled elderly people to live. I am thankful to have found this beautiful place to live!

Seems to be a very nice place; everyone I spoke to said they really loved living there. They are remodeling and I may have to wait up to six months for a two bedroom. I think it is worth the wait! I am looking forward to my new apartment!!!
