My mother was a resident of Spruce Creek Assisted Living Care in Port Orange, FL for 11 months until her death in August 2017. Even though there was a change in the owner/management during that period of time the care she received from all staff throughout that time was quite exceptional. Though ambulatory for many months, mother was blind , with diminishing hearing over time, the staff not only employed professional care, but loving attention to all her needs: proper hygiene, feeding assistance, supervised medicine regimine, laundry service, daily dressing assistance, physician visits as required, entertainment, pleasent and clean room and lavatory, interaction with other residents when possible. Mother required Hospice Care at the end of her life and the Spruce Creek owner and all staff cooperated completely with the Hospice nurses. Subsequently, mother's death was very peaceful, calm and comfortable. Her integrity was honored and respected to the very end. I and my family could not have expected a better setting for our 95 year old mother/grandmother/great grandmother!

I really and truly can't say enough.. My cousin was in two other places..we finally found Spruce Creek and what a change it has made..he is so happy..the girls are wonderful and it makes you happy to visit..there are no words to describe how much they have helped our family?????? Thank you Tammy

This is not just another assisted living facility. The owners of Spruce Creek are amazing people that care about the well-being of their seniors. The home is absolutely gorgeous and fits right in to the neighborhood- you wouldn't know it's a facility unless you went inside. The staff is fantastic and well-trained. They want the best for the seniors and that's the most important thing. I wouldn't consider any other facility in the area after my experience here.

My mom has been at Spruce Creek ALF since January - I was so stressed that every time I visited she would ask about going home, but she hasn't asked once. She seems to have made herself at home there and the staff are so sweet and compassionate - I am so blessed to have her being cared for there!

hands down the best in the area. The homes are beautiful, the staff and management is superb. Wouldn't look anywhere else for a warm home like environment. If you are looking for senior care for your loved one your search is over.

I cannot say enough about Spruce Creek ALF. I looked at numerous facilities for my father before I found one that was perfect for him and for me as well. It was not only important that he moved into a place where he would be loved and well cared for but that he would also be happy. We found everything we were looking for at Spruce Creek ALF. Tammy and her staff are amazing and I never hesitate to share how wonderful they are. I couldn't have asked for better home for my father!

I did my research and looked into 12 different ALF's in the area and visited 7 of them. Spruce Creek in Port Orange and Timberlane Lodge in NSB, were by far the two that impressed me the most and happened to be owned by the same person. Not only were they nice modern, clean, cozy residential facilities, I was more impressed with the owner Tammy Owens and her staff. They really care, it's not just a job and a paycheck, it's a passion, "very impressed". Tammy just made the whole process so easy!! Mom moved into Spruce Creek and is adjusting very well and I know she'll be well cared for and pampered!!! 4

Spruce Creek Assisted Living is such a beautiful home added to the City of Port Orange. This 6 bed assisted living is amazing! Not only is the place beautiful, but it is so clean and the staff is so caring & attentive to their every need! The Residents stay active through all of the activities that are available! I have mother in Spruce Creek. Its a residential home, has six residents, four bathrooms and its 24-hour care. They have a dining room and its home-cooked food, three meals a day plus snacks. Theyre almost like friends with the staff. They treat them very well and they all know each others names so it works out perfect. Its not new people all the time. They have eight staff members and there is someone there at least one person 24 hours a day, sometimes two. The rooms are great, private rooms and furnished well. Shes happy and the people are taking care of her 24 hours a day.

After searching and inspecting many facilities, this is home for Mom! My mother had not been happy until she was living here and has "threatened" to "whip my tail" if I try to move her from SC ALF! The staff provides quality care to all residents in a clean home with all amenities. You won't find a better place for your love ones who need 24 hour care!
