I’ll tell you these are some of the most pleasant people I’ve seen. Very tight community. That is very active. I love watching them do their shuffleboard court competitions singing lesson lessons with the piano. It’s just amazing to see these folks having so much fun.

Clean, friendly, active, and a quite park for retirees. Although I'm not old enough to live in the park, I'll be the third generation. I've been visiting for over 35 years and it's always been a perfect getaway for a visit.

Beautiful retirement community in Pinellas Park, golf cart-accessible to the Wal-Mart across the street (people ride golf carts to go around the park), also has shuffleboard, and a pool, visited in March 2019, very good.

My parents lived on Oak Drive for about ten years, and they absolutely loved the park and the activities. My mom hated to move back to Indiana after Dad passed away. Great community with many wonderful people.

My experience weighs both ends of the spectrum. Without going into great detail I have experienced the joy of those that are a great pleasure to be around. I also have experienced the agony of those scorned by an association. Under great scrutiny I have endured the pains of jot and tittle, as well as the i's dotted and the t's crossed. Utilising both entrances working the second shift, I am accused of casing the area and scaring people, even after joining the neighbourhood watch. Our comfort dog accused of pottying in her own yard speaks loud. I'm sorry my truck and van are full sized. I'm also sorry that golf cart drivers and bicyclists think they don't need to follow the rules of the road. When my wife's father passes on, we will sell and leave this place of horrible purgatory.

We have lived here for over 10 years. We have a wonderful heated pool as well as a hot tub. There are lots of activities from card playing to parties. You can be as active as you want or not at all, whichever you want. People are friendly and helpful.
