Bayside Terrace meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Update: I decided to call the person in charge of the medical staff again and she answered. We had a good conversation and she was very nice and seemed to be helpful. She didn't comment when I asked her why the executive director never called. Anyway, I'm changing my stars from 1 to 3. I've been trying to get the executive director or the nurse in charge to call me back. I've also emailed the nurse with no response. I am the POA for my ex husband and need for them to communicate with me. It leaves me to wonder what's really going on there. The good news, my ex is mostly happy there but complains about not getting to see the doctor.

As the new HWD, I aim to make sure all of our residents gets all the care they deserve. Our Directors work as a team. We are doing training with staff, with ourselves, talking with staff on what has and hasn't worked, hiring more staff, and many other changes. We want to show our residents the utmost love and respect that they have deserved from the beginning!

My mother has been in this facility for the last 4 years. This is a wonderful facility, the staff is very caring and very attentive of the residents: I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for a loved one.

The new director Melissa has worked hard to make positive change which she has achieved. Adrian is excellent and excels at what he does in memory care and i feel confident that my dad is receiving good care and attention. There were minor ups and downs during the change over process of the new staff but all has settled and resolved . I do not know the other staff members by name although Im quite sure they are doing well also Thank you

Greg is absolutely amazing!!! Because of Covid, he went above and beyond. We are beyond grateful and excited about my Dads new journey. The rooms are so pretty! Love the wood floors and updated bathrooms. I have only known of Greg for a short time but he makes you feel like family instantly and is so warm and genuine.

My father has been in the memory care unit for less than a month. My mother and I have visited him 2 times. He is well cared for, always clean and his room is kept very clean.The first time we visited he was very withdrawn and seemed to be completely out of it. 10 days later he was chipper, laughing and light hearted.He has dementia so he does not often make sense but he was happy.Keep up the good work and thank God for the caregivers at Bayside Terrace.

I would recommend Bayside Terrace to anyone looking for an Assisted Living or Memory Care for their family members. The new management staff has really started to turn things around and I can certainly see the difference. I am excited for what the future holds for this community, the staff and the residents. You can tell that the new management team really cares for the residents and their well being.

My mom has lived at Bayside Terrace for a little over a year. I am very impressed with the new Leadership they have brought in. They really have made an impact on my mom. Even though this is some tough times we are all going through, my mom seems very upbeat during all of this. Thank you Bayside Terrace for all you do!

The Community is Under New management. All new managers come from extensive backgrounds working in the senior living industry. Newly Professional trained Med-techs-caregivers. The overall amstophere of the community is a joyhighly recommend you call and receive a virtual tour of the community from one of the professional Sales Team members.
