Bayside is a very place. I used to live at the Mainlands. Since I came to Bayside I met Path Bell and she been so helpful. And if I have a problem, I can go to her and she helps me. I appreciate her very much. Don L.

I researched several places for my mom and after visiting a couiple I found it clear that Bayside was the place for her. Nazim made a gret introduction first to me then with Mom. She was 99 and didn't partake in many activities. I usually visited around lunch time. The food was usually quite good. The pizza excellent. Dining staff got to know us and were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to interact with the other residents too. The staff on the second floor were all very helpful. This was general population. The maintence staff was attentative on some different issues. I became quite friendly with Doug who is a big guy with a bigger heart. Doug is also the van driver for trips to Walmart, doctors appointments and other places. After several months my mom's mental condition deteriorated and she was moved to memory care. Kate and her staff were very helpful and supportive. When it became time for Hospice care, they brought in a hospital bed and hospice nurses came in several times a day in addition to care from Kates staff far more frequently. The front desk was always manned by a rotating group with all of the answers or they would find them. Management , led by Executive Director Lesilie, were always clear and direct. In short the only thing I would change would be to move my mom into Bayside sooner.

My mom was a resident in the assisted living area for 1 year prior to her death. The staff were caring and compassionate. My mom expressed her happiness as well for the respectful care she received. They did very well considering they were sometimes short staffed especially on weekends.

This is my fourth ALF I have been in! It’s by far the best!! They have so many activities going on and happy hour every Wednesday. We also have outings every Friday! Walmart, Publix and different restaurants in the area!

We recently moved my brother-in-law to the memory care unit. We were greeted warmly and had a meeting with all department heads to come up with a comprehensive care plan. The compassionate and loving manner in which they interact with him has exceeded our expectations. The care has been outstanding and he is already integrating into the community. So grateful to have found a quality facility for him!

Finding an Assisted Living facility for our loved one seemed like a monumental task, especially as we were trying to find our balance recovering from Hurricanes Helena and Milton. We looked at 11 places, deciding on Bayside Terrace as they not only met our basic criteria, but truly demonstrated commitment to care of our loved one. In addition, they delivered ethical and moral assistance in helping us navigate the very tricky road of Senior Care. Outstanding commitment to service from all departments ranging from front desk, marketing, activities director, business office, nursing, to Executive Director. Update: I decided to call the person in charge of the medical staff again and she answered. We had a good conversation and she was very nice and seemed to be helpful. She didn't comment when I asked her why the executive director never called. Anyway, I'm changing my stars from 1 to 3. I've been trying to get the executive director or the nurse in charge to call me back. I've also emailed the nurse with no response. I am the POA for my ex husband and need for them to communicate with me. It leaves me to wonder what's really going on there. The good news, my ex is mostly happy there but complains about not getting to see the doctor.

This Senior Independent Living is in a great location. The surrounding area has a Walmart, Aldi and a gas station with 1 mile. Interior is bright and nicely appointed. Apartments are large with good closet space. My mom enjoys the crafts and games available daily for entertainment. The dining has good food with a variety of choices thought out the week!

I've dealt only with the new management team, so I can't speak to what's happened in the past. But the new team is great. I moved my mother in last week, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Elizabeth in particular answered all my questions, responded quickly, and generally made a difficult task much easier. So far they've taken great care of my mother.

When my father could no longer live alone, I began My month long search for the right assisting living. Bayside Terrace definitely was more affordable than most of the assisting living facilities in the area, but it was how nice and friendly everyone was that made me feel at ease! They have activities scheduled every day for everyone to participate and all the residents living there seems very happy.

I moved my mother there in a drastic time for me. The staff especially Elizabeth and Adrian were so fabulous. I have so much faith in the staff. They call me if there’s an issue. I over appreciate their patience and understanding in placing my mother. There is no better place if you want to have your special someone. The staff I’ve met is so understanding and considerate. My mother has been in this facility for the last 4 years. This is a wonderful facility, the staff is very caring & very attentive of the residents: I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for a loved one.

My father has been in the memory care unit for less than a month. My mother and I have visited him 2 times. He is well cared for, always clean and his room is kept very clean. The first time we visited he was very withdrawn and seemed to be completely out of it. 10 days later he was chipper, laughing and light hearted. He has dementia so he does not often make sense but he was happy. Keep up the good work and thank God for the caregivers at Bayside Terrace.

I would recommend Bayside Terrace to anyone looking for an Assisted Living or Memory Care for their family members. The new management staff has really started to turn things around and I can certainly see the difference. I am excited for what the future holds for this community, the staff and the residents. You can tell that the new management team really cares for the residents and their well being.

The new director Melissa has worked hard to make positive change which she has achieved. Adrian is excellent and excels at what he does in memory care and i feel confident that my dad is receiving good care and attention. There were minor ups and downs during the change over process of the new staff but all has settled and resolved . I do not know the other staff members by name although I'm quite sure they are doing well also Thank you

The Community is Under New management. All new managers come from extensive backgrounds working in the senior living industry. Newly Professional trained Med-techs/caregivers.
