We are a private, peaceful property located in Pensacola. Residents appreciate the short distance to local attractions, activities, and events. My family loves it here. The staff and management are wonderful. The facility is beautifully designed and kept very clean. They have so many activities to keeping and body active. The director actually CARES for the residents like it's her very own grandparents. So glad I found this place.

My Daddy is a current resident at this location and I myself have worked some contracted work here as well. I am very pleased with every visit I have had here. My Dad is very happy here and has made so many new friends not only with other residents but with staff members as well. We (myself and my 2 daughters) come and visit often and eat with him and play pool with him as well as other activities. He jokes about how he has gained some weight because he likes the food so much. He talks very highly of Mr Lance! (The cook) I'm happy because I know his medicine is well managed now as when he was living with me we struggled to remember and manage his appointments to get his meds refilled and all. it has truly eased my mind as I often worried about him and his health I can't thank you all enough for all that you do!

My friend has been living at Homestead Village for over 5 years now. She has gone from building C where she needed a little help to Building K where they pretty much do everything for her. The staff is kind and affectionate, the facilities are clean and they have been very accommodating to her special needs. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of elderly care.

My Mom was only at Homestead in Building I(memory care) since the end of February. All the staff was wonderful to my Mom. We had peace that she was taken care of everyday! We visited often and fell in love with all of the staff. My Mom passed away this morning, but the staff loved my Mom and we loved the staff. Thank you for making her last days enjoyable.

I live in Dallas so my sister who lives in Milton had the responsibility of finding a place for our Dad. She could not have made a better choice. I get to visit about every other month and I'm more impressed with each visit. Wonderful caring staff!

My Mom moved to Southview a year ago after rehabing a broken hip. I was and still am very impressed with Southview and the staff there. I never leave Mom feeling guilty about where we "put" her. She is well taken care of in an immaculate place with her own room and bathroom. I visit a lot and am always impressed with the staff's attitude and loving ways. Even the kitchen crew say Hello and have smiles on there faces. I'm so glad that Mom has activities to do and outside rides to take. I would recommend Southview without reservation to anyone looking for a wonderful place to "put" their loved one!

The Windsor of Cape Coral has an OUTSTANDING staff. The atmosphere is filled with joy, peace, laughter, smiles and happiness. The staff is endearing to the residents and you can "FEEL THE LOVE" they have for each other and their residents. The Windsor is like going back in time to when families were families sitting on the porch and sharing food, fellowship and life together. Its like taking a trip back to the Walton's where life was easy and relaxed. Whether you are a visitor or a friend come and experience the quality of how life can truly be when love is in the air. There is a reason that the WINDSOR was voted Cape Coral's BEST!

I worked there threw a TLC , and I loved it there. I sure do miss everyone. Nothing but good laughs, and storys. Love the staff, they are always on the go with everything and just as friendly and caring as can be. Love everyone in all the buildings. Nothing but good positive vibes. Miss everyone! It was a difficult decision to relinquish the care of my Mother to someone other than family. The care she receives there is more than adequate and I can rest easy that she is safe and thriving at Homestead Village. She has been there for four years and she seems content to be there, no small accompliment on their part. I thank them for their service.
