She really knows how to provide good care for the grandparents who come to Angel House, especially based on good nutrition, love and company that many need when their close relatives cannot take care of them. My mother has been a resident at Angel House ALF for two years. I am very satisfied with her care and the care of the other residents. My mother is always showered and dressed comfortably. The facility is always clean. The caregivers are friendly and care about each residents happiness. The meals served are healthy and freshly prepared everyday using fresh organic vegetables. Residents exercise and take walks daily. Doreen, the facility owner, cares deeply about each resident and shows them love and gives them encouragement every time she is with them. I recommend Angel House ALF if you are looking for a caring, loving ALF for your elderly loved one.

No one is as special as an elderly parent. My biggest concern about elderly care is the potential for neglect or abuse. Angel house ensures that neither of those conditions can happen. The facility is small, which guarantees all the residents can access all the employees and all the employees all see each other. Beyond that, the director is in and out all day long, giving detailed managerial oversight to everyone. My favorite features, Angel house uses organic and fresh grown food and ensures the elderly go for walks and get fresh air and sunlight. I rarely see that at the big assisted living facilities. Angel house shows how the elderly should be cared for and how close intimate facilities are so much better than large facilities where employees hide and socialize with each other while the elderly are left alone and neglected.

I am an RN with 30 years of experience, and I have visited many ALFs. I chose this ALF for my mom because I know what to look for and I trust the staff. The staff to patient ratio is 2 to 1, which ensures that each patient receives the attention they need. The homemade nutritious food is a great plus, and the staff ensures that the patients stay hydrated. The patients also have light therapy and go on daily walks to the park. The administrator is very involved with all the clients. Overall, I highly recommend this ALF for anyone looking for a caring and attentive environment for their loved ones.”

After looking at homes versus larger assisted living facilities I decided a home setting would provide better attention and care for mother, and Angel House without a doubt was a great choice. From Doreen the owner, to the staff and care takers they all really care about mom and mom has grown quite fond of them. She feels safe, secure, and loved in a way that exceeded what I hoped for her. Highly recommend Angel House! As of this review they have room for a resident as well.

Doreen is an extremely caring individual whose residents are like family. She goes the extra mile, involving them in unusual and nurturing activities such as pet assisted therapy and horticulture. She helps them to feel valued and involved.

My mother has been a resident at Angel House for 5 months. She is very comfortable, is well taken care of and feels loved. The facility caregivers provide nutritious homecooked meals and two healthy snacks every day. They also provide each resident with a measured water bottle with straw to monitor their water intake every day to help prevent dehydration. This is very good because my mother was hospitalized for dehydration before coming to Angel House. The caregivers are friendly and provide excellent care for each resident. I visit my mother twice a week and every time she is clean and comfortably dressed for the day. She is entertained by playing Bingo with all the residents, putting puzzles together, playing indoor ball tossing games which is excellent exercise for the upper body. As a group, they take a daily walk and frequently sit outside to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I am also delighted to see that they have live entertainment at the facility. I have been there when a very nice young man was singing and playing the guitar. There is a woman who comes and entertains the residents by playing the piano. At days end, my mother is dressed in her sleepwear and gently put into bed which is clean at all times. She has her favorite chair from her home in her room, along with pictures and reminders of the home she left, which helps her feel like this is her new home. She has been happy here and the caregivers show their love for each and every resident within the facility. I recommend Angel House ALF to anyone looking for a loving, caring home for their loved one.

I had spent time volunteering at Angel House and always felt the love and concerns the owner and staff gave to these wonderful seniors. From exercise, healthy foods to the love and care, Angel House is a wonderful and safe environment for your loved ones to be.

Kind & professional care at this small home-like facility for elders. My 93 year young mother spends one day each week visiting her “angels” while I work. She is mid-stage dementia & unable to be alone for 7 hours. Maria J., the other caregivers, & the residents who live there make mother feel welcome & loved. Thank you Angel House!

The Angel House Assisted Living Facility is a great place. The staff is professional, going out of their way to accommodate residents and their families. Doreen Campbell (owner) is someone who explains everything in detail. She explained to me what the facility does for its residents with health issues. I feel a lot better knowing that my loved one is able to stay here in her golden years. Ive visited other ALFs in search of the proper facility for my family member. Angel House felt like the right one in the end. I highly recommend to take a look at Angel House for those seeking the proper facility to care and assist their loved ones. Rafael Guijarro.

My sister has been a resident at Angle House for almost 5 years. have only good things to say.The food is freshly and organically prepared daily and special attention to each residents needs.On every visit I find each resident nicely dressed and cared for and the cleanliness is so evident.Angel House is a small facility where each resident has plenty of their own private space but also welcoming for the small group.The director is always available for any concerns and treats residents like family.A lot of extra activities available.I would recommend Angel House

Ive known the administrator of this facility for 9 years and have to say it is one of the best run ALFs in south Florida Doreen REALLY cares about the residence she makes sure they eat healthy and have a family oriented environment full of love and that helps the residence health improve. If you can get your loved one in this facility DO IT, however she is quite often full so there might be a wait list. Also a great place for day care as well.

My friends mother was here when she was older. Everyone loved her and took very good care of her. Small homes like this one are not like nursing homes where people really get little individual care. This is such a happy place, and the caregivers are nice. The food is excellent, visitors wanted to stay for dinner, me included! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs assisted living or daycare for their parents, or any others they care for.

I used to be a volunteer in this facility and the best part that Ive seen is that this place is more than a ALF. This place is a home for their residents, they feel happy because they feel part of a family. The staff offer a person centered care.
