One of the most beautiful things to see upon walking up into Las Palmas is the residence enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather on the front porch while in their rocking chairs. They all are very welcoming With smiles as they enjoy each other. Also the staff including Terry, Alisa, Nicole and Shanis Are just as welcoming and kind. It’s so refreshing to visit Las Palmas.

So only elevator in this facility has been down for over a week now they say snag in electrical panel!!!!!!!! residents on 2 and 3 floor who can't manage stairs here been stuck for way over a week can't even get to doctor appointments or go outside shame on this elder facility to not at least have a service elevator to be used in cases of emergencies!!!!!!!!!!

I am completely impressed with Las Palmas. They have an amazing, uplifting, and friendly atmosphere. We couldn't ask for a better place for our father to live. The facility is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff is friendly. Terry and the rest of the management are patient, courteous, and really know how to run a great place for seniors to enjoy life.

Everyone is so friendly the staff are very caring and helpful and fun. I wrote this review a year ago. It was owned by Holiday at the time. It was clean and the staff were great and still are. My concern now is the new owners are to busy worrying about money instead of the residents. The food is not great and the dining room is not clean like it should be. This company fired people that worked hard and cared for the people that live here. We try to communicate with corporate but they don’t listen. They don’t have enough people working here to keep this facility running the way it should be. I hope they read this and listen to the people that live here.

What a pleasant surprise as I walked up to the front door, several ladies were welcoming me as I passed by to find a friendly staff that invited me on a tour. I was pleasantly surprised at how uplifting the environment was bright and cheery. They had several events that were ongoing to choose from. They had a beautiful pool and a wonderful dining room and great menus when the time comes for me to be in a place where I am taken care of. And have access to vans to take me to stores and to doctors appointments this will be the place that I would choose.

I’ve been here multiple times visiting friends and have been so incredibly impressed. The environment is so warm and friendly. The staff is extremely professional and truly cares about the wellbeing and overall experience of the residents. The activities scheduled are always changing and full of fun entertainment. I would recommend anyone looking for an exciting, upbeat, caring, living experience to check out Las Palmas!

Las Palmas has a fantastic and caring staff. The staff goes over and above helping the residents adapt to their new stress free life style. Our activities program helps the residents live life to the fullest. Offering happy hours, Zumba, bingo, educational speakers, chair volleyball, corn hole and so much more. The food is delicious and chef prepared daily with many choices to choose from. The friendly Housekeeping staff cleans the apartments weekly and they keep the building spotless. It’s a family like atmosphere and I’m so lucky to be here.

Simply a wonderful place! Moved my Mom in a few months ago and she is extremely happy! Made so many friends attending social activities, having chef prepared meals served restaurant style in a nice dining room. Has all the safety, security and socialization that was lacking in living alone and isolated and is way more affordable as well! Highly recommend!

My friends have listed their home with me, and just moved here from another place nearby. They love the larger space, 2 bedrooms and nice size lanai, their dog has room to roam too! Thankful they feel comfortable in their new home, thankful the staff makes them feel heard, and safe. Lovely place!

The decision to find a safe place for my mother In law was made 2yrs ago after many tours. Las Palmas checked all the boxes. I have no regrets . The staff is amazing, The residents are kind and caring. We are very Happy with our decision. It close to everything. I myself have spent a lot of time there and watch Nicole & Shanice with the residents, it about bought me to tears. The rest of the Staff is pretty amazing as well. Great choice!

I’ve been living here for one month now, and the property is very well maintained and housekeeping is impeccable. The staff are extremely attentive and the dining area provides 3 delicious chef-prepared meals. There are other amenities for social interaction such as art classes, exercise and more. The residents here are kind and considerate and look out for each other. The folks here at Las Palmas made me feel like part of their family.

I am writing this on behalf of my grandma, Lorna. She moved initially to Florida from Peoria, Illinois to be closer to family. She still had a tight knit group of lifelong friends from Church that she went to kindergarten with, so was upset to leave but hopeful for finding new friendship yet be closer to family. Initially we brought her to Boca Raton/Parkland area in South Florida and she found the people to be hurtful, cliquey, and was frequently given the cold shoulder. A few months later my mother and stepfather moved up to the Palm Coast, and brought grandma with them. SHE LOVES IT. When we moved her in there were several family members of residents that said how lucky we were to have found the best one around. Grandma loves the food, loves the warm hearted people, is shocked by the unexpected competence and responsiveness of the staff, and couldn’t be happier in her new home. It has been about 6 months since her move and she feels closer to the people there than she could ever have hoped. There are tons of activities like chair volleyball and organized events for the residents to participate in and and really look forward to. Grandma’s highlight of her day is always her post dinner Rummikub game with the gals. Another treat is that it is so close to the space coast, so if there is a rocket launch scheduled I’ll give grandma a call and tell her to walk out her front door to watch it with her friends. Very nice place, couldn’t feel more comfortable with the hands that my grandma is in and the people who are in her life.

I wanted to be with people and this is the place to be. So much to do and get involved in. However, The food leaves a lot to be desired. We need some good chefs here.. I’ve been here since July of 2021. I really like it but we all would like to see a big improvement in the food. Staff is great too!

Very nice senior living complex. Accommodations are very appropriate for anyone. There are studios of various sizes and one bedroom units Some units have no a patio or balcony. There are also cottages on the property. Large, well appointed dining room.

I Love it here! More activities right here than I have energy for! No more planning meals, shopping for food, cooking, cleaning up after meals! Sheets and towels changed AND weekly cleaning! Retirement haven!

I moved my mom in during COVID and have been very pleased with the safety protocol's they have in place. While it has been an awkward adjustment for mom because of COVID- she seems to be settling in well. Many of her neighbors have been kind and welcoming.

Looking at options for my Aunt and Uncle to move them closer to the area, Daphanie showed us various apartments and cottages. Community seemed clean and well planned out just wasn't the right fit for our needs, only wished they could have moved in sooner rather than later as they need more care now. Pricing was within reason and smaller community in a quiet, convenient area of town.

My mom lived at Las Palmas for over four years. Two of those years were with my dad until he passed away. She met some wonderful people there and never felt alone after his passing. She had good things to say about everyone that worked there. She will miss being there.

My mother-in-law loved this place. She was treated great by all staff and she liked her time in the dining room. In her two years there she gained many friendships. Thank goodness the staff encouraged her to take part in activities because that's were she met many of her friends. I know many residents will remember her for years. RIP mom

Las Palmas is a clean and well run facility with caring staff and good management. My mother-in-law lived there for four years. She enjoyed the social contact and didn’t feel so alone. Despite being a somewhat shy person, she quickly made many friends. She also enjoyed the meals and not having to cook. It was the right choice for her.
