Derek Holloway and the TEAM were excellent as we moved my mom into The Brookdale. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Safety and coordination of my mom's activity were well planned and explained in a understandable fashion during a very hectic time.

We have visited Brookdale on several occasions, each time the staff was friendly and welcoming. But most importantly the residents were well cared for, happy and active. The facility was clean and updated. Our questions were answered and the staff followed up with us multiple times. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

My 90 yo father has received excellent care at Brookdale Palm Coast. The staff has been very supportive and helpful. They encourage my Dad to get out of his room especially for meals and he likes the food very much. His condition has improved over the past month and I think the environment at Brookdale contributed to his improvement.

The Brookdale Palm Coast is amazing! My mom has been there 5 years, and my dad joined her last November. They have a very cute apartment, and Brookdale meets all their needs. The is a general love and respect for all the residents and it feels home for them! Thanks all the staff.

I think this place is a business with true lack of sincere concern for its residence. Its all about the bottom line. My dad was a resident here for over 3 years and I was struggling for a few months to continue paying his monthly bill. My best efforts were put forward and his bill was paid. Unfortunately during my struggle the staff was instructed not to correctly care for my dad, they were told that his bills there werent being paid on time and to hold off on addressing his medical needs. My dad passed away very suddenly due to neglect on the part of this facility. A law suit was filed and won but my concern wasnt about getting money it was for changes to be made so there are not any other innocent victims. My dad was a world war 2 veteran, a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather and he died a painful death. I will never get over it. Please, before placing your loved one at brookdale do your homework, check out other places because what you see from the outside isnt what your loved one will receive on the other side of those doors....
