My mom was so well taken care of by everyone. Thry made me feel so welcome as well. She passed recently and the kindness and concern have been wonderful from everyone at Brookdale.

My mother (then 95) moved to Brookdale nearly six years ago, because the loss of most of her close friends had led her to feel lonely. She moved into a lovely 1-1.5 independent living apartment and dove into the abundance of activities available at that time. She NEVER complained about the quality or quantity of the meals that were provided. She enjoyed mahjong, bridge, bingo, crochet and crafts, the pool, the entertainment, the outings, and even if she couldnt always remember their names, frequently mentioned her new friends. Covid restrictions made life difficult for everyone, and the low incidence of infection at this facility proves that their approach was the right one. Mom had to celebrate her 100th birthday during their shutdown, but staff went out of their way to make her feel special and even provided us with photos. This fall, her need for additional assistance prompted a move to the same model apartment on the assisted living side, and for the last month of her life, she required private aides around the clock. By observing protocols, we were able to drop in frequently and unannounced, and could not have been more pleased with the quality of care she was receiving. That is perhaps the best selling point for this facility: the care that is provided by the entire staff. No, not everything went smoothly, and we were occasionally frustrated in dealing with administrative details, however, Brookdale PBG receives my familys wholehearted recommendation for the consideration of anyone looking for a caring community for an elderly loved one.

we just brought my mom to this establishment and it was the most heart breaking decision ever to be made.The staff, The doctor Erica and Dennis the director of nursing Anecia, chastity and Tiffany have made the transition effortless and they bend over backwards to make my mom feel like this is truly a home away from home.Im excited to see my mom heal and enjoy her life with not having to stress in making all the daily decisions alone.Thanks Brookdale for being there when we needed you most!

We moved my dad from West Palm Brookdale to Palm Beach Gardens for the memory care. Best decision ever. Beverlie and Tameka took such good care of him. He was truly happy there. Denis is a caring and understanding human and the rest of the team are easy to work and communicate with.

My mom moved to Brookdale PBG about a month before Covid-19 caused a lockdown in the US. She loves her new home and quickly made new friends. When news that the virus had reached the US, Brookdale was very responsive and they have been doing a great job trying to keep everyone safe. A BIG thanks to everyone at Brookdale!

My husband and I recently moved into Independent living and we couldnt be happier! There is always something going on In the community, I feel like we party everyday, the residents are all so sweet, our apartment has an amazing view of nature and I love the location. Best decision we ever made!

After the loss of my father, this was the best move for mom and she is able to keep her independence. She has everything she could want At her disposal. The location couldnt be anymore convient for us.

My mother moved in kicking and screaming saying she was never moving out of her home and I had the POA so I moved her in after four falls in the house, and after three weeks of refusing to leave the apartment she started joining the activities and plays rummy, hand and foot, bridge. Now she says she wish she did it sooner.
