what I enjoy the most is having " Yesenia Beato " as the office manager! she makes sure to go out and beyond for each resident! and making sure to stay on top of everything. I never met any property manager who cared so much for her residents and their families! Yesenia Beato is a very important asset to the company! out of all apartments, Maitland Oaks is the best!

You get what you pay for and this place doesn't do a bad job. Our neighbors are awesome and most have lived here for a while. They watch out for each other and are friendly. No roach issues in our unit. Apartments are older but they are trying to renovate and fix. New maintenance team is awesome and they take care of things right away. Only bad thing is the people that sneak and try to use our amenities, but it can't be helped for now.

I lived there last year and I loved it. Very nice place with nice people in the office. Every time there was a problem it got fixed quickly. Neighbors aren't always very nice, but I never felt like I wasn't safe. Would recommend!
