I have to say the experience was OK I mean they treated me with respect the place is clean. The ends are nice. The nurses are nice and helpful and they care about how you feeling. Food is awesome housekeeping they do their thing they clean the place the bathrooms keep the place clean, also the laundry is very good. She washes your clothes and puts your clothes and hangers. I mean the place is very nice and to be honest I would have to come back to a place to get treatment. It would be here.

I really believe in providing the highest standards of care and working with people who care and are passionate about what they do and not just holding a title Talking to families and and hearing there grateful stories means a lot. I and my nursing cohort group visited Courtyards for a last minute community interview, and the staff were so welcoming and supportive! The entire management team and some of the nursing staff answered all of our questions without hesitation; overall it was an amazing experience for my group and I, especially as incoming nurses!

As part of a nursing school assignment, my team and I were assigned to interview an "agency" located in Pine Hills to collect demographical information and inside perspective regarding the community. When my team came across Courtyards Care Center as a potential agency of interest for this assignment, we had no idea the special impact that our visit would make on our interest and respect for nurses currently in the field. With little to no preparation for our visit, the Courtyards staff welcomed us with nothing but warmth and care and took our request very seriously, a curtesy that was not required of them given the importance and overwhelming demands of their work. My team and I could not be more appreciative of the compassion and accommodation that the staff ensured for us from the moment we walked through the doors of their wonderful facility. We couldn't have asked for a better group of nurses, and we certainly couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we were gifted. Personally, I know I will be coming back in the future to hopefully do some volunteer work amongst these wonderful ladies!! Thank you Courtyards!

It's a very good experience here for me.They have made it a point to get my diabetes under control which I couldn't.I've had a hip replacement and fractured my neck which they helped me recover from so I am very grateful for.
