My mother has been with Brookdale Conway since September of this year. She seems to like her new home. She is well taken care of and has many activities that help her be a part of the experience. My dad was also in this facility, except it was in memory care. Unfortunately he passed away while there. He too, was given great care. My mother feels close to my dad there. Another reason she wanted to be at this facility. The staff seem very helpful and kind. My mother has a lovely room and it is kept clean. I hope she continues to be happy in her new environment. It seems to be the place for her.

My mother, who is 94, has been a resident here for a year and a half. Although she would say “There is no perfect place”, Mom is well cared for and content. Brookdale Conway feels like home to her, which is all we could ask for! In each and every instance when we have had an issue, complaint or needed to get help, the administrator, Jeannie or nurses Annie or Dawn have addressed the situation to a satisfactory result. Most of the staff seem to really care about the people they care for and to most it’s not “just a paycheck” - this is key in elder care! The outdoor courtyard is one of the reasons we chose Brookdale Conway because Mom loves to be outdoors and this space is perfect for a safe little walk or porch sit. The food is good & she is a picky eater! She has made “friends” with her table mates even though they can’t always recall each others names, and she looks forward to meals. They offer a variety of social activities and although Mom doesn’t choose to participate a lot of times, they are available to her. She leaves her little “apartment” door open a bit, so she can see people pass by and visit when she likes. The cost is going up every year and this is difficult but she will stay there as long as able. Thanks to the staff at Brookdale Conway! We appreciate you! Treating our Mother with kindness and dignity means the world and acknowledging us as family that come and go frequently is important.

Even the minor issues, placing my mother in this establishment was the best decision that I made. She is comfortable, socially engaged and seems happier than ever since she can't be in her own home.

This is a homey place. My mother is my heart and this has been a very hard transition for both of us. I’m also very protective. We’ve had some bumps in the road, but we have worked them out. They are caring people and I couldn’t have picked a better place for her. I’m very thankful for everyone there.

My Mother was in an awful memory care facility in Orlando for nearly one year and I was desperate to find a new residence for her. As I live in a different country, it was extremely difficult finding a new home for her to spend her final days. When I contacted Brookdale, exactly one year ago, Andreas answered each and every question I had and continued to sort any and all issues regarding my moms care as I finally decided to move my Mom into the facility this past April. Communication was fantastic from everyone at the facility. One of the nurses, Omayra, grew extremely close to my Mom and was always there for me when I wanted to FaceTime with her, as living so far away is gut wrenching. Unfortunately, my Mom passed away on 11-26 but Im very happy her last days were spent here as the care she was given in her final few months was top of the line! Thank You again everyone.

The staff is skilled and interact well with the residents they under their care. The food and entertainment is of good quality. Especially impressed with the warm spirit of the staff. Very personal and intimate care from everyone I met. I feel very good about this place and highly recommend it. Care giving is not an easy job, but they are excelling.

Brookdale Conway has been wonderful. The community is clean, and the staff is always polite, and attentive. They take time to get to know who everyone is, and I'm certainly very impressed by the way they treat all the residents there. Everyone is treated with dignity, which is excellent. The administrative staff have also been great. They are so helpful and easy to work with. I love that the community is in such a convenient location. It is about a mile away from me, so it is so easy to visit often. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Conway to other families.

The sales person was new and could not provided very much information. I have followed up with an e-mail of questions. This place does not require the person to assist in transferring, so that was a big plus. The pricing is a la cart, which I'm not too happy about. It was clean with wide hallways and nice sized rooms. It reminded me more of a rehab center which is not a bad thing. The ratio of caregivers to patients is 1/4 which is really excellent.

Just an excellent place. Very happy with the staff and accommodations. MOVE4ALL, INC. did an excellent job moving us as well. This has been an all around great experience for us.

Just did a tour at this facility with a few ladies for a project we are working on. We toured with Phoenix he did a phenomenal job. He was able to answer our questions and greet us to amazing residents. The residents living space was comfortable and the interaction the residents have with one another was great. This is definitely a place I would recommend for any resident that is looking for assistance with daily living, independent living, and also memory care.
