If I could give Theresa Arcelay more then 5 stars I would. She is definitely outstanding, patient and compassionate. She definitely does her job with passion. Theresa has given me so much information and hope for my mom. She went beyond and above to make sure I am getting the help I need for my mom. I wish that they had more ppl like her in this negative world we live in. Theresa definitely deserves an award for being amazing. This company has been a pleasure to deal with. Cinthia has helped me diligently to get my grandmother the home health care that she needs. I never seen someone follow up and make sure these things get taken care of like she has. The nurses that went to the home were also very sweet. Teresa Arcelay is excellent, she helped me a lot with my mother, she also got me a toilet chair and a device in case an emergency occurs and she has been very attentive with the therapies and other aid that she needs...I definitely recommend her.

We been using is agency for the last 5 years and the last 4 years we have the same healthcare assistant. Is been a blessing have the same person every day. Is better to my father knowing that person because he has dementia and they need that familiarity. Something that the agency improves in the last two years is have more healthcare assistants for one the regular go on vacation. In the last years is been the same person and again that excellent for my father. Both of then are very good with my dad, understanding his moods and his lack of communication. They are a blessing for him and us.

Theresa Arcelay has been wonderful in providing care for the patient! It is a stressful time following a hospital discharge for the patient as well as for the family and care giver. Many questions, vulnerability, exhaustion, fear, uncertainty all packaged together can be overwhelming. Theresa eased many anxieties as she proceeded to put providers and services in place. Her sensitivity to the needs put things in running order quickly. Her expertise in her field is evident and we were blessed to have her caring for the patient and family! She was reassuring, comforting while establishing the care plan. What a blessing.

Acute is a fantastic company. They communicate very well and keep on top of all our needs. Our caregiver Marlene is a wonderful, caring member of our family. She is always on time, an extremely hard worker, and cares deeply for the entire family. My father is a navy vet who is completely bed bound.
