Wonderful facility! I am greeted kindly by their receptionist, custodian, and cafeteria staff each time I visit my mom. The activities director (Rosalee) is so thoughtful and supportive- from chair exercises to the gym for a workout! BINGO, by far is what we enjoy most of all! But....the med techs are awesome! Ms Tamara, Ms Carmen, Maggie-ALL the ladies do a superb job. I've witnessed careful and loving support to my mom as well as other residents. I would recommend Ms Lori-assisted living facility. She leads with a kind heart and love for the residents and their fsmilies. Yes, very pleased when I leave to go home because I know my mom is well cared for! Angela

The staff at The Bridge at Ocala are the most caring people I know. My father was there for 2 1/2 years and he was so loved, and he loved the staff and residents, and the many activities, and called it home. He was in the hospital before he passed away recently and the only thing he wanted was to be able to go home to The Bridge. I am so happy to say that he made it back before passing away in their loving arms. We will always be grateful for their kindness and loving commitment to making it a real home for each and every resident.

Anyone looking for assisted living for themselves or a loved one, I would go straight to The Bridge Ocala - my family toured many others - The Bridge is a very comfortable, homey setting. What makes it the best around is the PEOPLE!!! Their staff - from the top down - are absolutely wonderful to their residents, as well as their family members! I highly, highly recommend!

A decent assisted living facility that my father lived at. However, beware if your loved one has mobility issues. My father was in a wheelchair and we would find him just rolled into a room with no supervision, tv or anything to keep him entertained. We also had multiple items "go missing" including his cell phone and jewelry since anyone has access to these rooms at any time.

Not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing The Bridge at Ocala and staff are. Lori Gomillion, the Director, stepped in to help my family at a very difficult time as we needed to find an Assistant Living facility immediately. Lori took control over a difficult situation with the hospital and her professionalism and genuine concern for our family’s needs came first with her. The Bridge at Ocala is staffed with professionals that appear to love their jobs and most are long time associates with very little turnover. It is a beautiful, clean and friendly facility. Lori and her staff are very compassionate and able to work with the highs and lows that their residents face with adapting to a new home, new environment and new friends. Our family is and will be forever grateful for The Bridge at Ocala for opening their hearts and facility to our mother and allowing her to live in a place where she can have the best quality of life for her remaining years! Andthey treat our whole family just like family!!!

My Dad lived their for 9 month The Bridge. He was happy to be back in Ocala. He lived in Ft Myers in assisted living for 6 month as a Number. Not at The Bridge they called him by his Name Al. We had some issues with his diet at first but Kim the Director of food service was very helpful worked everything out for him. Lori , Sue, Deb the Nurse, and every one from the front of the building to maintenance. I am so happy his last month where their. They where all very compassionate about his passing, They treat people like family. I will miss going their 4 days a week.

I assisted my brother in finding a new assisted living facility this week. From the first interview, up to today, day 3, he has been cared for as if he was family. The facility is spotlessly clean, & the meals are 5 STAR (with choices at each meal). ALL of the staff is warm, welcoming & highly professional. I can not imagine a better place to live & I look forward to my next visit here.

Mom lived at The Bridge for several years and loved it. I was there frequently, and it felt like home each time I went in. The staff was amazing and the director, Lori, was always there to assist Mom with her concerns and keep me informed. She always made time for me whenever I needed to discuss issues with Mom. I never had to worry if Mom was being taken care of because the staff went above and beyond what my expectations were in all areas. The complex was always kept clean inside and outside, activities were well planned out and the food always smelled great. Thank you to The Bridge staff for taking such great care of Mom.

What a fabulous home my father had here! This is the BEST Assisted Living Facility in Ocala! My father was a resident for six months until he passed away recently. The staff is so caring and professional. I NEVER worried about the care he was receiving.I NEVER had one negative experience! I was certain he was ALWAYS in good hands. Each and every employee, whatever role he or she had, made my father and our family feel like we were a priority. Whenever I had a concern about my father, I got an immediate caring response. My father was so very precious to me, and I know he joins me in giving our Bridge family the highest praise and thanks for all they did for him and our family. We will be forever grateful. If you are looking for an Assisted Living Facility for your loved one, this is the place to make home!

My grandmother is a current resident. The care she has received has well exceeded expectations. The staff is attentive and caring and willing to go the extra mile. The premises is kept clean as well as the rooms. The apartments are great as well. My grandmother has found a new home and community at the bridge with plenty of activities and care. If you are looking for an assisted living facility, it's a must that you check out The Bridge.

My mom lived at The Bridge for about 7 months & enjoyed being treated like family. She lived in a Studio Room & found it to be very comfortable even after she moved from a larger home. The residents were very friendly to her & her caregivers were attentive & gave her personalized care. The administration stayed involved & updated on anything that transpired with my mom-that was impressive.Many of the people who work there have been there many years, which says a great deal about their work environment. If there were things I would have changed, I would have added a few more activities weekly, outings & a beauty salon operator. However, it is only fair to say, my mom was there in part of 2020 & the first 5 months of 2021 & things were restricted because of Covid. All things considered, the experience we encountered at The Bridge was commendable & very positive. I would strongly recommend their services & we were blessed to be associated with them.

My dear Friend Grace Gil stayed at The Bridge very briefly this past month (July 2021). The staff is exceptional in all aspects of helping the residents. The tech are very professional and truly love their job. The office staff are willing to help with any and all needs of the residents and the food prepared is delicious. The building is in tip top condition and extremely clean and inviting. Grace's rooms was darling just big enough for her needs.
