Worst Agency ever. The RN filed a false DCF report on my mother claiming self-neglect. DCF came out and said the complaint was baseless. I cancelled with them and went with a different agency.

Horizon Care Services has gone above and beyond every step of the way. We had no idea where to start. From the very first phone call they took away all of the stress away. they have provided amazing private duty aids and sent a mobile physician within just a few days. Horizon Care has been exceptional in staffing 24/7 care for my 93 yr old mom. Having an agency that could quickly respond to changes in staffing needs, whether due to my mom's condition or due to caregiver health/vacation issues, made a huge difference in continuity of care. Of course, the pressure on the family to respond to changing staffing needs was completely taken over by Horizon. Our staffing coordinator, Paulmi, is fantastic.

For anyone looking to get home assistance for family or friend Horizon Care Services was the best choice. Andrea Albertini, CEO and Founder, along with her staff were extremely helpful. They went over and beyond giving my dad the care he needed and deserved. They guided me and my family through every detail and where there to answer any questions 27 hours a day. My dad had two aids 24-7. Both were professional, gentle and loving which made my dad very comfortable and gave our family the peace of mind we needed. I cant say enough about Horizon Care Services. Excellent excellent excellent! We were referred to Christine and we were immediately set up with the best caregiver and were able to interview we loved that option. Theyre also open and available 24-7 365 days a year which is so convienient. They also also try to keep you with the same girl their prices are the best around and the highest quality of care. We love the girl taking care of our mom! Highly reccomend!

Horizon Care Services is the most amazingly compassionate home health care. Theyre always open so no worrying on your end and they let you interview the caregiver to make sure its a comfortable fit and an easy transition. All of the caregivers also have a background check and are CPR certified. Plus no worrying about the nanny tax. They really are a full service home care company thats fairly priced.

My mother fell, smashed her face, while sis and I were out of the country. I hired horizon to care for her. Her house was immaculate, she was laughing with the girls when I came in. They were making her lunch and doing her laundry. She was showered, bright and happy. Unfortunately, her care was not continued, and she fell again. No one knew for couple days. She now lives in assisted living. I know how happy she was in her own home, and was so well cared for by horizon staff. Dont make same mistakes my family made. Keep your caregivers, its worth it!!!! 5 stars

I have worked with Horizon Care Services for many years because of several things. The first is the degree of compassion shown by their caregivers. They go above and beyond and have treated my clients like family. The second is communication. The office staff is quick to handle a change of plans, efficient it staffing and understanding of the issues seniors have regarding physical, social and emotional changes. The caregivers can take on difficult clients with Alzheimers because they are trained and they take direction well. They get to know the client and that makes all the difference in the world. I highly recommend Horizon Care Services.
