Mr.Odalis and staff have done a great job taking care of my mother ,they are professional and attentive to their needs> I would recommend this place to anyone. Now that my mom has been discharged a week ago,I had a chance to reflect on all of the staff members that made my Mom’s stay a success. Staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone spoke English and not problems in communicating concerns. Just an old facility , but nursing staff is fantastic. Taking care of the old is a difficult job.

I went to visit my dad there, and unfortunately he did pass on 11/16/2025 , the dietician nurse was very nice when I was down there visiting him 8 days before he passed. I'm just so heartbroken and helps me questions on what happened. I just really need answers because I'm confused

This rehab is amazing! The staff is incredible! They have no limits to what they can help you with ! They help without asking any questions! If you need anything they are there to help and assist you. The social worker is always there when needed, I saw that this rehab was under estimated. It’s more than I expected! The food, the rehab assistance and all the nurses were far superior than listed. The administration were so accommodating and understanding especially the director of nursing.,She handles everything without question. I am happy to share that this rehab provided me with exceptional care.

My mother (Rebeca Ruiz) is currently in this center and the care of the nurses, the assistants and the excellent rehabilitation team is wonderful, not to mention the cleanliness and the meals, everything is super well organized, the attention of the front desk, everything is incredible, highly, highly recommended.

I like that it has ample space to visit your loved ones, but it needs a major renovation. It would be great! if deodorizers could be placed on every single floor and on the elevator as well. I am extremely sorry, but the facility has an unpleasant smell to it.

I've been in and out of rehab so many times it's not funny and every rehab I've ever been at has always been nasty horrible they're all built back in the late 50s you can smell the toilets from outside of the building there that nasty the staff is always terrible to you there was a time I refused to go into a rehab although I needed it. Well adventura is the exception the place is absolutely beautiful not sure when it was built but a lot sooner than the 50s the staff treat you like you're a human being and a patient and we'll get you anything that you need. So I give adventura an a+

My sister has been living at Aventura for over 4 years. She knows all her nurses and those that help her. She love them. And recently she started talking and singing after not being able to speak. God is so good and I just want to thank the whole team for their support for my sister. God bless each and all.

Adventura Plaza & Nursing facility hospital is a great place to be the staff are awesome some of them don’t do what they are supposed to do but overall it’s a great place for a family member or friends to heal your injuries if I was to recommend this place 100%.
