An Excellent Experience! Caring and Thoughtful Custodians of My Mother Pre-Relocation Assessment Lexington Place checked all the boxes we required to ensure my mother's new apartment met all our needs. Lily, the Marketing Director, was fantastic. She walked me through everything, and after touring the facility, we were convinced this was the place for us. One Month In My mother has been at Lexington for one month and has easily adjusted to the new accommodation. From day one, she was dining in the dining room, which is fantastic. The weekly laundry and deep cleaning of her apartment have been excellent. She is thrilled with the resources that help her daily. We have moved all her care in-house, including her GP, podiatrist, audiologist, pharmacy, and any medical tests that can be done on-site. We are now working to have all physical, occupational, and speech therapy conducted through their in-house resources. I consider Lexington Place New Smyrna a great hotel for its residents. The staff does their best to ensure residents maintain their independence for as long as possible. Thank you, Lexington Place NSB!

We moved my great uncle to Lexington a few months ago. Every time we ask him how he likes it, he tells us how much he loves it there. He has made new friends, loves the food and has the convenience of having the salon there. The family loves the ease of picking him up and taking him to dinner or out for a ride. It's so nice to have him so happy and comfortable. Thanks to the team at Lexington!

I began looking for the best fit for my mother a few months ago. After touring several local assisted living communities, I knew that Lexington Place was the only place for her. The Lexington care team and staff have been fantastic every step of the way. She is consistently treated with respect and kindness. They have been true to their word in all aspects. I'm grateful for this community and the peace of knowing that my mother is receiving exceptional care.

Lexington Place is a top notch facility from the first day we brought my mom, the staff and administration have been nothing but professional and accommodating. It is a one stop shop for all of her medical needs and more. Our entire family is much more at ease knowing she is taken care of 24/7. They also allow her to have her vehicle on site if she needs to go out for the day. They also offer a long list of extracurricular activities for their residents. Our family is 100% satisfied with their care.

My sister was living in an assisted living facility in North Carolina. We wanted to move her to new Smyrna Beach to be closer to myself and my wife who live beachside NSB. We toured three places in NSB and one in Edgewater. All larger facilities I would say with at least 50 rooms and all offered memory care.. my sisters came down on vacation and and to take a look at the four places we had toured. My other sister is a caregiver. Second on the list was Lexington Place, and Lilli Hawtree the marketing Director, gave us our tour. And what a tour! It checked all the boxes. Needless to say we canceled the remaining assisted living facilities on our list. We all gave five stars to facility construction, room presentation, staff professionalism and friendliness, Dining facility and menu. My sister has now been living at Lexington Place for about three weeks and it's the happiest I've seen her in quite a while. We are so relieved. I can visit with her and have a coffee or stay and have a meal! A big thank you to Lilli and all the other staff who are looking after my big sister. Love you all, Rick D.

My mother has been a resident of Lexington Place (memory care) for 5 months. She is mobile and healthy, but dealing with memory issues. I am very pleased with the staff, they are engaged and conscientious. We visit my mother daily, often taking her out on excursions. The staff is always very accommodating. Food is very good and facilities well kept and clean. It's a very difficult decision to place a parent in memory care, but we are glad we chose Lexington Place.

My brother moved into Lexington Place in June 2023 directly from rehab. His condition was tentative, especially since he had to change from another ALF. Since then, he has thrived! He has transitioned from a wheelchair to a Walker. His room is kept clean, the staff is friendly and he is happy! Thank Goodness for Lexington Place!

Lexington Place is amazing! Not sure which is best ... the staff, the attention to our Father, the food, or many other special "extra" things they do (musicians, magicians, movies, etc. etc.)! The facility is clean, new, quiet & warmly accented. My siblings, my Father & I went through the decision to move him in together. We had no previous experience and Lexington Place made it easy and did not pressure us, at all. They understand how difficult the decision is and made it their job to completely know & understand our Father & situation, first. Just amazing. I could go on and on but want to mention that the residents, too are all very nice and welcomed our Father (just like the staff). My four siblings & I are very happy our Father is at Lexington Place and, more importantly, our Father is the most happy.

Lexington Place has been wonderful from the start. It is clean and beautiful and the staff is amazing! Ashley was so helpful every step of the way and made the whole process stress free. My stepmother is in memory care and she is very well taken care of. Her room is very nice, the food is great, and the activities keep her focused and entertained. Moved my MIL to this facility after a really bad experience with another facility. Ashley the marketing director was so sweet and caring with my mother-in-law. Now that she has been there for several months the care there is above and beyond. Every staff member calls the residents by name. They not only take care of them, they care about them. Ashley's care and sweetness didn't stop once the contract was signed. It is completely genuine.

Our 93 year old mother is a resident at the Lexington Place in New Smyrna Beach since July 2022 and she's living her best life. Her walking has improved, she happier than we've seen her in a very long time and she loves the staff. Our mom fit in from the very start with the help of the very kind staff. Especially Ashley who is truly incredible. We are so lucky because the Lexington is a real gem!!!

I can not say enough good things about Lexington. The warmth and the care by the whole staff is wonderful! They all truly care about my mom. Lexington place is a truly special place. The employees are very warm, caring, and genuine. Each has gone out of their way to make a home for my family member, and they maintain an environment in which I know she will be cared for and safe. They have gone the extra mile to welcome her, and make her feel included in the community. The building is beautiful, and the food is excellent. A special shout out to Ashley who has been outstanding. Her professional demeanor, ultra positive attitude, and willingness to always go the extra mile has meant more than she will ever know.
