November 2023
Today was (is) one for the books. The aids are disrespectful and act as if they have no time to help elderly residents. More often than once and aid was giving a minimum of assistance and right in the middle of helping they leave and can't be found. Meanwhile the resident will shout down the hallways wondering where the help they had went to. The communication is atrocious with messages effecting a residents health goes completely ignored. Even doctors orders are mishandled and skewed. It would seem if you are searching for a place to House your elderly relative my best advice as a current resident is for you to move on.

This is a fine organization and provides the best care they can givin the financial obligations they are subjected to in order to operate the facility. I've givin negative reviews in the past and after 4 years I understand I actually owe them my life. If you have limited funds and are looking for care that will maintain the health of your loved one rest assured that suncoast retreat will offer the most bang for the buck. I myself and my domestic partner owe the establishment our lives. Many thanks for the care and attention provided in these trying economic times.

I love it here the they helped me grow from just a girl with a caregiving dream who was just a laundry girl/housekeeper into making my caregiving dream come true❤️ Met great co workers and residents definitely miss it!

I have been treated well as a caretaker for my friend who lives there and he is enjoying being there. When I have questions about anything I get answers directly and quickly. I am grateful for this place and the administration who took my friend in - the med techs, and all of the staff.
