WHY THE GLENVIEW? I knew moving here was wise; I never dreamed it would also provide happiness and a new lifetyle. I still live privately as I had, but it's now within a bustling, small hotel. I open my door to varied activities - whether health-focused or evening entertainment - that are excellent. I dine in a beautiful room that is an elevator ride away from my apartment. If I need anything, it is immediately addressed. The staff - three times the number of residents - is top notch. Some might rate service as a number one reason for living here, but there are others: Attractive surroundings are one: The beautiful pool garden, the 'living room' the large, up-to-date library. Our corridors are wide and bright, and everything in and out is in tip-top shape. The geographic benefit is unsurpassed in Naples. We live next to a protected 54-acre mangrove sanctuary and the Gulf of Mexico. We are within walking distance of the Philharmonic, the Baker Art Museum, and Waterside with its 60 shops. Everyone knows one another and loves living here. Maybe, that's the best testament to The Glenview.

When it came time for me to decide on a retirement community in Naples, the Glenview immediately came to mind. I did venture out of PelicanBay to check out other places, but kept coming back to the Glenview. The more I saw of it the more I learned about it, the more impressed I became. Other places had some benefits, some offering less expensive opportunities. However, seeing as how I expect to spend my golden years in one place, it became obvious to me that the Glenview has it all. Location… Dining. Activities. But the most significant difference between the Glenview and the other facilities is that you own your own home. You don't have to put down a large deposit and never see it again. My heirs will benefit from my choice to live here.

Our Mom and Dad moved to the Glenview about eight years ago. They went through many difficult times including major health issues for both of them, and several hurricanes. The Glenview has been fantastic through both good times and bad. Living at the Glenview seems similar to living in a fine hotel. The common areas are beautiful, the dining facilities and food are excellent, the services in independent living include weekly cleaning, apartment maintenance, laundry, an available 24 hour nurse, etc. When health issues arise, the medical services of Premier Place are just a short indoor walk from the independent living accommodations which made it easy to continue to visit and help our parents while they were under full nursing care. Of everything though, the thing that sets the Glenview apart from other places we have visited is the staff. From the wait staff in the dining hall, to the nursing staff, to the front desk, security and housekeeping staff, and management, everyone is friendly, upbeat and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Thank you, Glenview, for taking care of our parents through the sunset years of their lives!

Very impressed with the Coop ownership model. It will be our choice for retirement, probably closer to 85 +/-. Residents were very nice, but at age 74, we felt we were too young to get on the waiting list now.

I just moved in recently. I love my apartment and found the staff extremely helpful as I went through the process of doing a few renovations, actual move and becoming acquainted with the residents. You can be as busy, as social, as you feel comfortable with. Everyone is friendly and welcoming....

We were very pleasantly surprised with most every caretaker who came here to help with my husband & give me a break.I was loosing sleep before our 1st person arrived. I feared my husbands reaction.. He loved her & interrealted with her from her 1st visit' We were having different people each of the 3 days at 1st'All & allwe are very happy with Glen Care. Glad we got into a regular schedule 0f 2 people My friend whose daughter is an Eye Dr here said the people who come from Glen Care with her Patients are wonderful!

Yes Absolutely! I believe Glenview is the best retirement home in Naples! Wherelse in Naples can you find the Beach access, the fine dining, the location, the Great staff, the attached hospital. It's incredible! I'd love to live there too!

The Glenview is an exceptional community. I like the fact that it has many social, cultural, high-end activities every week. As I get older it is nice to have those convenient options. In addition, I certainly appreciate being somewhat near the soothing Gulf water and beach. Views are amazing. Moreover, It is comforting that the Glenview has healthcare services. The Glenview is top notch! I’ve worked for this company twice over the past 11 years, currently in my 7th consecutive year. With generous benefits for full-time and part time staff, engagement programs, and providing stellar, meaningful care for the residents on a daily basis, each day is a day in paradise. The opportunity for advancement alone has helped me turn my job into a fulfilling career in this time. From housekeeping, caregiving, scheduling for GlenCare, the company’s home healthcare agency, and now working in Human Resources, I’ve been encouraged to expand my skill set, had my creativity celebrated, and can honestly say that there hasn’t been one day that I haven’t felt truly appreciated! I cannot stress enough the level of satisfaction and stability this has brought me over the years- and I am certainly not alone in this feeling! The Glenview has twice now received the highest recognition from Holleran due to the level of employee engagement and many of the staff boast upwards of a decade of service. I was a resident at The Glenview a few years ago. I cannot praise the facility enough. From the office staff down, the people were kind and always were there to help you in any way possible. The facility was clean and the physical therapy was wonderful. All I can say is the entire time I was there everyone and every thing was "TOP NOTCH."

We are relatively new to the Glenview. The quality of everything offered was known to us in advance. However, we were genuinely surprised and pleased by the friendly staff and their effort to make our experience all it could be.

I moved my mom from another skilled nursing facility to Glenview. So much happier with Glenviews attentive and caring staff, good rehab program, clean facility, and wonderful attention to details down to dining menu selections. Glenview wants the patients experience to be positive. Admission coordinator Maria was very helpful and facility administrator Juan took time to make the change go smooth. Thank you for assisting during this challenging time for the family.

I have always had peace of mind concerning Premier Place but even more so after my recent six day stay. Following an incident of low blood pressure, I blanked out. I asked to go to Premier Place instead of the hospital and so glad I did. They were very caring and supportive. They followed me closely. 3 wks ago I had a bad fall and crushed my tibia plateau +broke my fibula+tibia. I went to The Glenview for rehab+recovery for 2 wks. Ive lived in Naples for over 30 yrs. In that time through various situations I had the opportunity to visit several of the best skilled nursing facilities in this area. My stay at the Glenview was my first 1st hand experience. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left each and every part of my recovery was no less than perfect. Id give it 10 stars if I could. The nurses, the CNAs, the PTs and Ots were outstanding. And the food was incredibly delicious. Sure, there were a few items on the menu I didnt care for, but they give you a menu where you can choose several other delicious items. Ring your buzzer and someone was there within minutes if not seconds afterwards. The nurses were informed of everything I needed to get well. Everyone worked as a team to make sure I was happy and got the care I needed. They didnt compete with one another or play the blame game, they worked together to achieve the end results. I was quite impressed especially with Sonjia and Otis, my CNAs. They really took care of me, which at times was quite humbling but they respected my privacy+dignity. And one nurse Stephanie Nichols was like an Angel. My 1st night, after my family left I was a bit depressed thinking of my long road ahead for recovery, thinking I couldnt put weight on my leg for 3 mos. At the time, I didnt know who Stephanie was but she came into my room after hearing me crying in pain. She said, Awww, honey, please dont cry. You are in one of if not the best facility in this area to help you get back on your feet. Ive been here several years and I can promise you, this time next week you and I will be having a whole other conversation. I believe she made all the difference in my attitude as well as my recovery. I didnt know who came in my room that night until just a few days ago. I started to think she was really an angel. But I did finally find out. But it doesnt matter, to me, she was my angel. That is the kind of care I found at The Glenview. Simply outstanding.

The Glenview is a perfect independent living facility for my mother-in-law. They have helpful fromt desk staff, transportation, and excellent dining services. It's always a pleasure to be a guest at dinner or Sunday brunch. The chefs are talented, and we appreciate the delicious menu!

This senior living it the most beautiful home for seniors to enjoy life to its fullest. The units are beautiful you cam see the gulf,bike paths,picnic are from some of them. The folks living there are so happy. The staff is wonderful. It was a very warm friendly enviroment as soon as you walked in. The residents get out and about daily shopping, beach , shows and much more. The dinilng rooms were beautiful.I would recommend the Glenview at pelican bay to everyone

The Glenview is a very nice CCRC located in Pelican Bay. The residents and staff appear friendly and welcoming. The community is nicely decorated and is always clean and well maintained. Unlike most CCRCs, the Glenview is a co-op that offers a percentage of equity when the residence is sold. It is a bit pricey, but does offer good value for those who can afford it.
