This is a great place! My mother has lived here almost 20 years and has always felt well taken care of. Today, we are riding out Hurricane Ian. The staff has done everything possible to prepare for the resident’s safety and comfort. Highly recommended!

We are helping my 96 year old mom move into the Carlisle this week! We had such a great experience getting all the info, logistics, help and kindness from the wonderful Ann Crandall, the sales counsellor there. She has made it so easy to make this transition which in some situations could be stressful. With Ann it has been the opposite - were all looking forward to visiting mom in this wonderful new homestead. Thank you Ann!

I liked The Carlisle Naples because of their presentation and the way they do their levels of care. You can get the amount of care you need without bundling a whole bunch of other stuff. The staff was very caring about the people as we went around and were very good at explaining things to us. It was a good meeting. It's very convenient to Naples. They have a whole list of programs that go on every day. You can choose what you want to do. The dining is excellent and that's also provided 12 hours a day. You can go to whichever dining room you choose as well. It's a very nice facility and the apartments were very nice. It appeared to be at the higher end compared to others that I saw.

My sister had an easy and very good transition to The Carlisle. They have a very supportive environment that allows the residents to still feel their independence in a lot of ways. They have a lot of activities and classes that are engaging. They sit her with different people at mealtimes, so she has been able to develop friendships. That's really nice. The staff is very good, the food is excellent, and she likes it.

We decided to move my grandmother to the Carlisle 2 years ago and could not be happier with the decision. She lives in a beautiful apartment and is well taken care of by knowledgeable, caring and selfless staff. I can't imagine how we would have gotten through Hurricane Irma from afar without the Carlisle!

This is an upscale independent/assisted living place. It looks like a cruise ship or a nicer hotel. My Dad was there for several years and they took good care of him. Nice restaurant and bar area which he took advantage of! There are less expensive ind/ass. living places in Naples but probably none as nice as this place.
